   Summary

   Our beloved narrator claims there is no such thing as love at first sight. I am here to prove him wrong-or at least prove that witty repartee is a love language in and of itself.

   Lady Jane Grey finds herself forced into marriage-a truly medieval institution-with Lord Guildford Dudley, a rake and a reprobate. An educated lady such as herself should not find that type of man so attractive. Her sister Katherine Grey has no such hangups about love and marriage, but falling for the son of a man who wants to kill her sister and brother-in-law puts a bit of a damper on her romantic plans. And the not-actually-dead King Edward had always had dreams of marriage, but it's hard to trust your love when you've been the subject of murder attempts for much of your life.
