Summary
He would've been fast asleep already, well, if it weren't for a certain someone making loud noises from a machine that he could've worked on tomorrow morning. He could barely see the outside from the small window that was placed directly in front of him, it only served to irritate him more as he continued to sulk about the noise.
“There, there, dearest.. I'll be done in a few minutes, okay?” He muttered without even a slight turn of his head. A growl responded to him instead of his usual rant, that made him turn his head. He could see the anger through his eyes, his irises serving as a replacement for the words he wouldn't speak. A sigh left his mouth as the tools he used were placed down on his wooden desk, the chair he had been sitting on creaking loudly as it shifted.
“I don't need you to lull me to sleep.” The king grumbled, only making his worries turn into awe as he found his puffed-up cheeks adorable. “I know, but you'd prefer it if I do, don't you?” — “No, I don't! As if I'll prefer a traitor over being alone!”
