It was an awfully snowing day in the kingdom,
As Caramel Arrow Cookie was walking to a nearby tent in the snow while being confused about what’s going on.
But then before she can enter the tent, suddenly she sees that two other cookies are there too.
And that is the wizard’s apprentice Cream Puff Cookie.
And the Cookie who loves snow and winter, Snow Sugar Cookie.
“Woah, what are you guys doing here?” She asked the two young cookies.
“We’re here for a mission. Don’t know what it really is honestly.” Cream Puff Cookie replied.
“And what are you doing here?” Snow Sugar Cookie also asked.
“Seems like I got the same invitation as yo guys. But I don’t know who it’s from.” The Archer said as she shows them the invitation card.
“Well, guess like we should head inside and see what’s all the commotions about.” Cream Puff Cookie said.
And so they all head inside the tent.
To see who sent them the card and what’s the mission really about.

Upon going inside the tent, they all see that it’s actually more bigger on the inside then the outside.
But just when thy were about to question some more, suddenly the lights turn on,
And someone starts to talk to them.
“Well, well, well. Took you guys long enough to show up.”
It was actually Espresso Cookie’s voice.
As he and Madeleine cookie were standing next to a table with a whiteboard behind them.
And by the looks of it, Caramel Arrow Cookie knew that the letter came from one of them.
“Please, take a seat. And then we’ll explain to you all what’s going on.” Madeline Cookie said to the 3 Cookies.
So doing what he told them to do, they all seat in their respective seats.
While Espresso Cookie turns on the projector for the whiteboard.
But it seems like that both Cream Puff Cookie and Snow Sugar Cookie are confused about what’s going on.
“Hey, so what’s going on? And why do you two need our help?” Cream Puff Cookie asked.
“Well allow me to explain everything. You remember that Ice Cram Sandwich Dragon who cursed the kingdom with a eternal winter right?” Madeleine Cookie said.
“Yeah, and because of it our crops won’t grow, some of the animals have gone into hibernations and some of our residents have become sick due to the cold.” Caramel Arrow Cookie said.
“Well, today me and Madeline decided that we go on a mission and take out that sucker and bring back summer!” Espresso Cookie said in an slightly angry tone of voice.
“How do you know that by killing the beast will bring back summer?” Snow Sugar Cookie asked.
“Simple, the enteral winter cursed came from the dragon itself. So if we kill it, then boom, summer’s back and everyone’s happy.” Madeleine Cookie replied.
“But then, why recruit us? Why do you guys think that we’re powerful enough to destroy it?” Cream Puff Cookie asked.
“Well that’s easy Cream Puff, you guys have a talent of some kind that will help us with our mission.” Espresso Cookie.
“Yeah, like Caramel Arrow Cookie’s amazing archer skills, Cream Puff Cookie’s amazing magic powers, Snow Sugar Cookie’s amazing snow making ability and my awesome sword of divine light!” Madeleine Cookie said as he pulls out his sword.
“If he says Great Devine or Great Light one more time I’m gonna lose it.” Espresso Cookie said to himself in a annoyed tone of voice.
“And Espresso Cookie’s amazing dark magic right?” Snow Sugar Cookie asked.
“Yep, besides we already gotten Gingerbrave’s permission to take down the beast, and by the time we’re done with it, then Pure Vanilla Cookie will be here to heal our wounds.” Madeleine Cookie replied.
And so after that, the team leaves the tent and sees that right now there’s a snowstorm happening right now.
Which will make the battle with the dragon a bit hard.
“So do you guys know where the dragon is right now?” Snow Sugar Cookie asked.
“Stand back everyone, because observation is one of my special skills.” Caramel Arrow Cookie said.
And so she climbs a frozen tower and uses a binoculars to see where the beast is.
And once she does see it, she climbs back down to the ground where the others are waiting for her.
“The beast is at the frozen ocean. Hopefully we’ll be able to defeat it and get out before the ice melt and we all fall into the water.” The Archer said.
“Great, just what we needed, a battle with a beast on a frozen ocean, just like in the final climax of that movie with two sisters and one of them have magical icy powers. Great!” Espresso Cookie said sarcastically.
But nevermind that as they all head to the frozen ocean,
Where the Ice Cream Sandwich Dragon is waiting for them.

Upon arriving at the frozen ocean, they knew that this was a dangerous place to fight upon a first look.
With pirate ships being half frozen, the entire ocean being covered in ice and not to mention that some of the icy layers are thin and will crack any minute.
But it was all worth it to fight the dragon.
“So now what?” Snow Sugar Cookie asked.
“We just wait for the beast to arrive so that we can kill it.” Madeleine Cookie replied.
“And eat it? Because for some reason an Ice Cram Sandwich sounds delicious.” Cream Puff Cookie said as her mouth starts to drool.
Causing the older cookies to look at her with confusion on their face.
“How much sugary treats have you been eating lately?” Caramel arrow Cookie asked.
But nevermind that as suddenly they hear a roar,
And not just any roar but a roar that blasts out ice.
“Oh no, don’t tell me that’s-“ Espresso Cookie tried to say.
Until eventually the Ice Cream Sandwich Dragon sees them and flies down to the ground to attack them.
And they all look at with terror in their face.
“Dragon!” Sugar Snow Cookie said in a scared tone of voice.
And then it roars at them which causes some of them to get blown into a pile of snow.
“Man, that thing is powerful.” Caramel Arrow Cookie said in a slightly scared tone of voice.
“Well what are you guys eating for? Charge!” Madeline Cookie said as he pulls out his sword and runs after it.
With Caramel arrow Cookie and Espresso Cookie following him.
And so just like that the battle begins.

As even though the dragon is so powerful {considering that it has ice and snow powers}
The team was still strong enough to hold on for much longer.
Plus Espresso and Madeleine Cookie knew that they made the right choice of bringing in these 3 cookies.
As Caramel Arrow Cookies was doing an amazing work with her archers skill on the beast.
Cream Puff Cookie summoned plethora of jelly beans so that they can attack the dragon like they were bullets.
And Snow Sugar Cookie used his snow wand to transform himself into a giant snowman to fight the dragon like it was a Kaiju fight.
But despite their efforts, the dragon was too strong to be defeated.
And it was proven right when it uses the snowstorm to it’s advantage and tries to blow the team away one by one.
“Yep, I was right about it being like the final climax of that Ice Princess movie.” Espresso Cookie said while trying to avoid being sucked away by the snowstorm.
But thankfully he was able to stop it by using his dark magic to summon a black hole.
Which stuns the dragon for a bit and causes it to be trapped by it.
Which means that with it trapped and the snowstorm now gone.
It was now time for Madeleine Cookie to finish it off with his sword of Devine Light.
but before he can go and destroy it,
The warrior looks back at his team with Espresso Cookie giving him a nod on the head.
And just like that he runs towards the dragon, {while dodging it’s attacks that it’s doing to stop him from destroying it}
Jumps really high in the sky and then stabs the dragon in the heart.
Ending it for good.
While the others cheers for him and how the mission was a success.
But then just when he was about to join them on the cheering.
Suddenly the ice below him starts to crumble,
Causing everyone to realise that during the fight they forgotten about the cracked ice.
And before Espresso Cookie can warn his friend to get out there.
It was too late.
As Madeleine Cookie falls through the ice and into the cold water.

Seeing this causes everyone to panic about it.
Like what are they gonna do?
Is Madeline dead?
What are they going to say to the others when they realise what happened to him?
All the while Espresso Cookie was looking at the hole in silence.
As even though he is calm,
It seems like that his mind is panicking for him.
But thankfully before they can panic too hard, suddenly they see a hand appearing out of water,
Grabbing onto the ice as they see Madeline Cookie out of the water much to their relief.
Which causes Espresso Cookie to also be relieved about it as he runs over to his friend.
Who is cold and seems like he doesn’t have the strength to pull himself out.
“Madeline! Oh my god are you ok? We though you drowned.” Espresso said to his friend.
But by the looks of it, it seems like that the warrior can’t hold on much longer.
“I’m, c-c-cold. Can’t hold on much l-l-longer.” Madeleine said while shivering.
“Don’t say that, we’re gonna pull you up and we’re all gonna head back to the castle to rest ok.” Espresso said while trying to deny what his friend said.
So he tries to pull the warrior out of the water,
But due to how heavy he is {due to wearing an shining armour} it was pretty clear that there was no way they can save Madeleine.
“It’s ok, all you have to do is let me go.” The warrior said to his friend.
“But I can’t lose you, I can’t lose you. I just can’t.” The Mage said as he starts to have tears in his eyes.
As the others watch with a sad and worried look on their faces.
until eventually Madeleine pushes Espresso out of the way,
And the mage watches as his friend accepts his fate and begins to sink back into the cold water.
Welp, time to panic again!
But while everyone was panicking again due to how Madeleine decided to just commit suicide.
Espresso is having none of that.
And despite Caramel Arrow Cookie warning him not to,
He runs to the ice hole and jumps into the icy cold water.
Much to the others’ shock.

He didn’t realise that the water would be that cold,
But nevermind that as he needs to find Madeleine before the hole closes up and they both drown.
Fortunately despite being a mage, Espresso Cookie was actually a really good swimmer,
As he was able to swim through the water clearly despite being colder then a winter’s beep.
And that’s when he sees it and stops swimming.
As he looks at it with terror on his face.
It was Madeleine Cookie,
Still sinking in the water, with his eyes closed and almost looks like he’s dead.
So without any hesitation, the mage grabs his friend and begins to swim back to the hole.
But it was difficult due to the fact that the armour that Madeleine is wearing is too heavy,
Which causes the rescue to be much harder then Espresso Cookie could anticipated.
But then just when he finally reaches the exit,
Espresso started cough up the remaining air in his lungs and begins to inhale water.
But thankfully before he could drown and black out just like Madeleine,
A hand appears and grabs his hands,
As it pulls both him and Madeleine Cookie out of the cold water.

Upon being pulled out of the water,
The firs thing Espresso does is cough up some of the water he inhaled.
Then after the coughing fit was over, he looks at the person who pulls both him and Madeline out of the water.
And it turns out that it was Caramal Arrow Cookie who saved them.
“Caramel? You saved us. Thanks.” Espresso said to the archer.
“You’re welcome. As it’s my duty to make sure that everyone’s alive and well.” The archer said.
And so after that the team all step away from the icy ocean and back onto the ground.
So that no one falls through the ice again.
Especially Madeleine who is still unconscious,
Leading to everyone realising that he did indeed drowned.
But Epresso Cookie doesn’t believe that his friend is dead.
Because when someone’s unconscious, their still alive right?
But he was proven wrong.
As when he tried to wake up the warrior,
Espresso tried to find his pulse and check if his heartbeat’s still there.
Only to come to a horrifying realisation that Madeleine had none.
Meaning that the warrior is dead.

This causes Espresso to start fully panic at the thought of his friend actually being dead.
He always had nightmares about it, but now that it’s actually becoming a reality.
He can’t think,
He can’t hear,
And he can’t speak.
But then that’s when he realised that because he was a teacher,
He knows some of the medical procedures.
Such as doing CPR on someone to bring them back to life.
So that what he does while everyone else watches in worries and fears.
First up was the chest compressions,
Which Espresso was able to do in sync and in beat.
But depart this, Madeleine doesn’t wake up.
Next up was mouth to mouth which the mage was embarrassed to do.
But he sucked it up anyways in order to resuscitate his friend.
But despite this, Madeleine still didn’t wake up.
So Espresso Cookie repeats the cycle while the other still watches.
Until eventually after 5 rounds of CPR, they all hear a choking sound.
“Madeleine?” Espresso asked.
Before eventually they all see Madeleine waking up and beginning to cough up water really harshly.
Which causes everyone to be relieved that he’s alive again.
With Espresso helping his friend get rid of more water in his lungs by patting him in the back.
But despite this and the coughing fit being over, Madeline was still shivering.
So through Espresso’s signal,
The team all head back to the castle,
To have the warrior healed by the kingdom’s most loyal healer.
Pure Vanilla Cookie.
While in the background the snow starts to disappear and the ice starts to melt.
Signalling the ending of an external winter.
And the return of Summer.

When they arrive back at he castle,
It turns out that Gingerbrave was already waiting for them to come back from their mission.
To see if it was a success or not.
“Hey guys! How was the mission? Seems like you guys actually destroyed the dragoon because I can see that the snow is melting.” He said to the team.
“It was good, but Madeleine is starting to have hypothermia.” Caramel Arrow Cookie said.
“Yeah and not only that but he nearly drowned too. We need Pure Vanille Cookie ASAP!” Espresso Cookie said in a worried tone of voice.
“Ok, let me take you guys to see him right now and hopefully he’ll be able to heal you guys.” Gingerbrave said.
And so he takes them inside the castle.
With Espresso Cookie hoping that Madeleine will be healed.
As even though the mission was a success.
It did come with a cost.
That is a friend nearly dying in the process.
