Work Text:

Fuwawa wandered through the park, her mind preoccupied with thoughts of Mococo. Ever since she realized her feelings had grown beyond sisterly affection, she had been wrestling with how to express them. Today, she planned to confess her love, hoping that Mococo might feel the same way.

The park was their favorite spot, a place where they often came to escape the demands of their daily lives. Fuwawa smiled as she approached the clearing where they usually met, her heart pounding with anticipation.

".....?"

But as she neared, Fuwawa froze. There, in the clearing, was Mococo—and she wasn't alone. A tall, handsome boy stood with her, his arm wrapped around her waist. Fuwawa's heart sank as she watched them, confusion and hurt swirling within her.

Before she could process what was happening, the boy leaned in and kissed Mococo. Fuwawa's breath caught in her throat, her chest tightening with a pain she had never felt before. It was as if the world around her had shattered, leaving her in a void of betrayal and heartache.

She wanted to scream, to cry, to confront Mococo and demand an explanation. But instead, she turned on her heel and fled, tears streaming down her face. She couldn't bear to see them together, to witness the reality that Mococo had found happiness with someone else.

Fuwawa ran until her legs gave out, collapsing onto a bench far from the park. Her mind was a whirlwind of emotions—anger, sadness, and a deep sense of betrayal. How could Mococo do this? How could she not see what Fuwawa felt for her?

For hours, Fuwawa sat on that bench, lost in her thoughts. The sun began to set, casting long shadows across the ground. She knew she couldn't avoid Mococo forever, but she needed time to collect herself, to figure out how to face her sister without breaking down.

"Why does all this hurt so much..? I just looked at it but I felt that I could tear myself apart.."

"Maybe because it's not my time...right?"

She kept repeating those words in her mind which made her depressed.

When Fuwawa finally returned home, it was late. She quietly opened the door, hoping to avoid any confrontation. But as she stepped inside, she found Mococo waiting for her, a worried expression on her face.

"Fuwawa, where have you been? I was so worried!" Mococo exclaimed, rushing over to her.

Fuwawa looked away, unable to meet Mococo's eyes. "Just needed some air," she muttered.

Mococo frowned, sensing something was wrong. "Are you okay? You seem upset."

Fuwawa clenched her fists, struggling to keep her emotions in check. "I'm fine, Moco-chan. Just... tired."

Mococo reached out, placing a hand on Fuwawa's shoulder. "You know you can talk to me about anything, right?"

Fuwawa flinched at the touch, the pain of betrayal still fresh. She took a step back, creating distance between them. "I need some time alone, Mococo. Please."

Mococo's eyes widened in surprise.

"Mococo...?" In her thought

hurt flashing across her face. "Fuwawa, what happened? Did I do something wrong?"

Fuwawa shook her head, unable to find the words. "It's not your fault. I just... need some space."

Without waiting for a response, Fuwawa retreated to her room, closing the door behind her. She leaned against it, her heart aching with the weight of unspoken words. She knew she couldn't hide forever, but for now, she needed to be alone.

The days that followed were a blur of tension and avoidance. Fuwawa and Mococo barely spoke, their once-close bond strained by the invisible wall that had grown between them. Fuwawa threw herself into her work, trying to distract herself from the pain.

But no matter how hard she tried, she couldn't escape the memories of Mococo and her boyfriend. The image of them kissing haunted her, a constant reminder of what she had lost.

---

One evening, as Fuwawa sat in her room, she heard a knock on her door. She sighed, knowing it was Mococo. Reluctantly, she opened the door, finding her sister standing there with a determined look on her face.

"Hey.. We need to talk," Mococo said firmly.

Fuwawa nodded, stepping aside to let Mococo in. They sat on the edge of the bed, the silence between them heavy with unspoken emotions.

"Fuwawa," Mococo began, her voice gentle, "I know something's been bothering you. Please, tell me what's going on."

Fuwawa looked down, her hands trembling. "I saw you, Moco-chan. At the park. With him."

Mococo's eyes widened in realization. "You saw us? Oh, Fuwawa, I'm so sorry. I didn't know you were there..!"

Fuwawa bit her lip, tears welling up in her eyes. "How long have you been seeing him?"

Mococo hesitated, then sighed. "A few months.. I wanted to tell you, but I didn't know how."

Fuwawa felt a pang of anger and hurt. "Why didn't you tell me? We're supposed to share everything.."

"I was afraid," Mococo admitted, her voice breaking. "Afraid of how you might react. And... I didn't want to hurt you."

Fuwawa's heart ached at Mococo's words. "Well, it hurts, Mococo. It hurts so much."

Mococo reached out, taking Fuwawa's hand. "I- i never meant to hurt you, Fuwawa..! You're my sister, and I love you more than anything..."

Fuwawa looked away, tears streaming down her face. "I knew you would say that. After seeing you with him... it broke me in pieces, It hurt me so much I wanted to split in two."

Mococo's eyes widened in shock, her hand tightening around Fuwawa's. "Fuwawa, stop! Don't say that..."

Fuwawa let out a bitter laugh. "Why? I didn't want to ruin what we had. But now, it feels like everything is ruined anyway.."

Mococo pulled Fuwawa into a tight embrace, holding her close. "Just stop it..! I hate when you get hurt by me again! I already hurting you so many time, please..."

"I know. But I still forgive you. But I'm tired, Mococo, I choose to be myself. If you hurt me again then I'm okay with that, you know that im tired right now...."

Mococo Shocked. Fuwawa pushed Mococo away and let go of the hug, and she stood up "i rather die than having someone who doesn't belong to me.."

Mococo stood up and held Fuwawa's hand tightly "NO! You Belongs to me..."

"But now it's not, because you have Boyfriend."

Fuwawa let go of Mococo grip and left her room feeling resigned. Mococo was sad and shed tears
