How to be a Guardian Angel for a Chaotic Bunch 101

Summary:

Being a Guardian Angel is anything but easy (obvious news to a pro like Jeonghan), but throw in 12 human boys that you are in charge of simultaneously and that's a new level of hard. So here's to Jeonghan wishing he could die twice as we go through his daily life with the group of chaotic boys.

Notes:

Hello there, new author here! So if you saw the summary, I posted 1 chapter of this story and had a second work in progress like 2 years ago on Wattpad. It never got any attention there so I thought after being a long time reader on AO3 I'd try posting it here for anyone who might like it. Feel free to give me any and all feedback. Enjoy!

(See the end of the work for more notes.)

Chapter 1: Step 1. Life of a Guardian Angel

Chapter Text

Being a Guardian Angel is probably one of the highest kind of jobs you can get once you die, and not all have the pleasure of doing it right. But it's not really worth all the praise it gets.

Cue Yoon Jeonghan, dead for who knows how long, Guardian Angel for who knows how long (time on Earth and time in Heaven are different alright? don't expect him to keep track). After dying in some unfortunate accident that no one even cared about, he had been transported to Heaven.

To be honest, it wasn't as glorifying as people on Earth thought it was. Sure, there were clouds and it was bright, but no one told him how boring it could get. Oh yeah, and not everyone has wings. After being in Heaven for some time he was able to start training to be a Guardian Angel. Passing the academy took a while, but once he made it, he had the honor of receiving wings. They were pretty nice in Jeonghan's opinion, but they took a while to learn how to be used.

Once he started getting jobs, things became a lot less boring. Sure, Heaven was nice, but being able to watch those on Earth was plenty more entertaining. He also learned a lot of things along the way.

There are the bad jobs, the good jobs, and ones that made you wish dying twice was a thing.

After passing through dozens and dozens of clients, Jeonghan thought he had seen it all. Clearly, God had been saving this one for him and hated him severely. But let's be honest here, who hated him, Jeonghan was an angel (literally). But maybe playing pranks on his fellow coworkers wasn't the best idea.

**********

"Hyung! Have you seen my left shoe?"

"Yah! Who ate all the kimchi?!"

"Mingyu! Stop sleeping on the floor!"

"Has anyone seen Jihoon??"

"Yo ladies~! This is your story ~!"

"I swear if you play that song one more time-"

"There's Jihoon..."

This was chaos, really. Having to be a Guardian to one person was hard enough on its own, but 12? And all with different personalities? This would be just dandy. Jeonghan really should have thought twice about becoming a Guardian Angel.
