Work Text:
Heath was springtime incarnate. His gentle smile made Akira’s heart flutter like windflowers shaken by a gentle breeze. The depths of Heath’s crystalline blue eyes reminded Akira of cornflowers and forget-me-nots, conveying a delicate affection. He swears he could get lost in them, as though they hid Heath’s heart within the depths of a sea of flowers. And Heath hovering over him in the grass reminded Akira of a tree’s shade.
They kiss with the scents of the wildflowers and the grass giving them something else to drown in. Heath trails his hand lower until he sneaks it underneath Akira’s shirt, feeling his skin rising and falling underneath his palm. Akira gasps into Heath’s mouth, causing Heath to back away worriedly.
There’s some hesitation in Heath’s gaze that flickers like dewdrops. Akira brings his hands up to Heath’s face and runs his fingers through Heath’s soft, golden hair. And he smiles while leaning up to give him another peck on the lips. He would always welcome spring.
Akira wanted to meld with Heath and the flowers around them, so they could always be one with each other.
