Katsuki’s bare feet padded on the floor as he crossed the room to turn his bedroom light on. As he reached for the switch a voice stopped him.
“Kacchan, leave it.”

No way.
There was only one person on this godforsaken earth that called him that.
Slowly, ever so slowly, Katsuki turned around, hand still hovering mid-air as he turned to face the source of the voice.
And sure enough, there he was. In all his glory, with his messy green hair, and his freckles, and his stupid T-shirt that read ‘T-shirt’, and a pair of All Might shorts.
“Deku?”

Plagued by nightmares and racked with guilt, Katsuki is forced to face the consequences of his actions in the form of Midoriya showing up in his room after he was supposed to be dead.
