Work Text:
Mikayla's eyes were burning with anger and betrayal. If looks could kill, Charles would have fallen dead.
He was standing on all fours, barring his teeth and growling in hopes of intimidating the little girl so that his children could finish the job successfully.
Mikayla showed no signs of fear, whatsoever.
His wife signaled for the children to close in on the girl, and they did. Charles took a couple steps forward as well, but Mikayla didn't move. Instead, she clenched her fists and gritted her teeth, wiping the remaining tears off of her puffy cheeks.
His youngest son, Daniel, pounced at her from behind. Mikayla swiftly turned around and slung the boy into a tree, causing him to pass out cold. With one wolf already down, the rest of the boys were clearly shook and anxious, although they covered it well.
The children growled louder and took their positions to finish Mikayla off. The human girl turned around to meet them before making the first move.
Charles watched as she took down his children, one by one. Their painful whimpers and whines punched him in the gut. Mikayla was too strong.
He sneaked up on her from behind as she was disttacted by his two remaining children, Margot and Rupert.
He jumped at her, pinning her down to the ground as she fought against him, screaming in frustration when she couldn't get him off of her.
"There's no escaping, human," Charles growled between his sharp fangs.
Mikayla let out an ear piercing scream before she used all of her strength to force Charles off of her. He didn’t get a chance to get back on his feet before the girl was at him again. She opened her mouth and bit down on his ear, pulling it off. Charles screamed in pain before both of his paws moved to the wound in a desperate attempt to stop the bleeding. The blood soaked his fur and his vision turned into a blur before he fell unconcious.
The last thing he heard before his eyes closed was the screams from his wife and children.
He had no idea what he would wake up to, or if he would even wake up at all. All he knew was that everything had gone down and that nothing would ever go back to the way it was.
