Work Text:
one man's blessing, his father's burden
the curse found its way to his only one
ruffle my hair, carry me home and say
forget the house your father abandoned
oh commoner's son becomes a god's ward
are you another prodigy or a sad child
black haired boy you are so cool
your dogs are cooler a little meaner
and you were so loved by your sister
but you couldn't see past your hatred
witness his glory watch him burn
the man who loved him unlike his father
would you cry for me when i'm slashed in two
and would i cry for a son i have found in you
