Identities List for A Sequence of Good Days

Summary:

While the people in this series do not necessarily have the vocabulary to explain their experiences, I have access to the words which they would use to describe themselves if they were able. This is a list of their identities, appearances, and scars, as it differs from commonly-accepted canon.

Notes:

(See the end of the work for notes.)

Work Text:

Tommy: He/him, girl, romance-repulsed aromantic graysexual (or maybe apothisexual??? Look it up)

Scars:

  • One right above his heart from when Dream stabbed him in the Final Control Room. Goes all the way through– has a matching scar on his back. He was pinned to the floor with Dream’s sword.
  • Scar from an arrow right on the little hollow at the base of his neck from when Dream shot him during the duel. Both of the above scars were darker and he had more scars before his death in the prison, but with his revival all of them faded. The mundane scars faded out of existence. The death scars are still there, but much lighter.
  • Scar on his left temple, radiating out across his face, giving his face the appearance of being shattered, then repaired with bright lime lead, or lime kintsugi. Over the course of the series, it changes to gold.

Tubbo: He/him, cis boy, lithoromantic asexual

Ranboo: Pronounfluid, genderfluid. Use xe/xem to refer to xem when unsure. Quoioromantic quoiosexual, because xe is not human.

One larger black horn on xyr black side, three smaller white horns on xyr white side. Weights balance out.

Two tails. White tail is longer and more flexible, with a simple end. Black tail is shorter and lighter, with a decorative spade ending. Because the black tail is lighter than the white, xe wears various decorations on it.

Xe is very androgynous-looking. Xe has a small chest (A or B cup), but usually wears a binder to disguise it, unless xe is wearing a dress or suit that would fit better with a bra on. Otherwise, all I’m saying is that xe is unable to reproduce :P.

Scars:

  • Explosion scar across xyr legs and back. Origin point below xem and to xyr left. Does not show on xyr front at all, but xyr back is heavily scarred. Had to regrow xyr legs, the left one fully and the right one from the knee down (endermen can regenerate limbs), but they function as normal without repercussions. The scars on xyr back need similar treatment to Tubbo’s scars (Tubbo was sent to tears when Ranboo said xe was pleased that they matched.)
  • Huge scar across xyr lower back, stretching diagonally from xyr lower right hip to xyr left shoulder blade. There may be a nick in xyr shoulder blade bone, but x-rays have not been invented yet so there are no ways to check. Has a twin across xyr front, where Sam’s sword emerged. Requires care, similar to xyr explosion scars.
    • Basically, Sam stabbed xem in the back. The sword came out xyr chest maybe five inches from the force. When Sam tried to pull his sword out, it got stuck– he yanked it back and forth in an attempt to loosen it. This made the enormous scar. Scar on xyr back is ~27 inches long, scar on xyr front is ~13 inches long.
  • Scars below xyr eyes from crying. Not as deep or prominent as they were before xe was killed/revived, because like Tommy’s scars they faded out of existence, but they came back because xe keeps crying 🙄

Bracelet system:

  • Genders: (pastel colored bracelets, maybe with a design on them?)
    •  blue: boy
    • pink: girl
    • yellow: non-binary (can mean neither, both, or in-between. Rely on pronouns to tell which, usually, or xe’ll say)
  • Pronouns: (fully saturated jewel tones)
    • Blue: he/him
    • Red: she/her
    • Yellow: they/them
    • Orange: xe/xem (no bracelets also means xe/it where avoiding pronouns isn’t possible)
    • Light purple: ae/aer
    • Brown: it/its (no bracelets also means xe/it where avoiding pronouns isn’t possible)
    • Black with blue and purple woven in: voi/void
    • Black: end/ender (or end/ends)
    • White: that one/that one’s
    • Grey/gray: please ask, unusual

Tubbo was the one to suggest the bracelet system so he didn’t have to keep asking: Ranboo was always embarrassed to admit who xe was that day.

Shroud: She/her, girl. Spider hybrid. Too young to really have any interest in romance or sex, 7-9? Blue-black hair and coal-black skin. Her hair is very curly. Does not like swearing, despite Tommy being her mother.

Michael: He/him, boy. Piglin– he was a zombie, but was cured. Too young to have any interest in romance, much less sex, 3-6? Bandages around the right side of his face to hide the bone and help the skin regrow. He will have extensive scarring on his face, rather like Tubbo, when he is older.
