Summary
Hiei, Airi, Yusuke, Yukina, and Kurama take on the Three Kings arc. Similar to the first installation in this series, it follows canon pretty closely, but there are a few surprises in store. Honestly, I don't want to give much away, so I'll keep it short and sweet.
Mukuro inserts herself between Hiei and Airi, causing a painful rift that leads to more trouble than either of them could have expected. Kurama, Yusuke, and Hiei manage their respective kings, with Botan and Koenma running special ops behind the scenes. Koenma has a vested interest in keeping Makai stable, and when war breaks out, Yusuke is placed in an impossible position. This part ends with the Demon World Tournament, though the path there isn't straightforward.
Three Kings is my absolute favorite arc and I'm so excited to explore it! Pacing rotates between fast and moderate. There's a lot to cover and I don't necessarily need this to be as long as Part II, for everyone's sake ;) I'll be uploading each chapter as I go, so there may be weeks with multiple updates and weeks without! Gotta go with the flow!
