All for One and the LoV have been defeated, meaning that a threat the been lurking in the shadows for centuries has successfully been eliminated for almost a decade.
So if Izuku wakes up in cold sweat, or gets lost in thought as he traces the scars on his body from a younger time, it’s okay because everyone is safe now.
The world keeps moving which also means that eventually a bigger threat will always show themselves. It was only a matter of time.
