Alternate universe
Multiverse
Gods exists
Fate see that the multiverse is unbalanced and is unhappy about it. She wants to fix this but there are constraints that can't be ignored:
- The are other gods and she can't step on their toes/dominion without unbalancing the multiverse even more
- There are fixed events in the timeline that can't easily be changed if at all (James & Lily's death)
- Universe hopping is generating a lot of energy that needs to be used somehow unless ...
Fate contact/send visions to an elderly female Harry that is an elder Unspeakable. This woman has been the Head Unspeakable for a long time before ceding her place to a younger person so that she could study the multiverse theory. She is very old and near her last years/months. With the "message" she got from Fate she prepares to hop world in order to sacrifice herself to protect a baby Harry. She set her affairs in order, say her goodbyes and configure the Veil for her destination. When she gets in the other world, she prepare the ritual that would protect and bless baby Harry. She's to become the "conscience" of the ritual protection that is going to protect Harry. She's going to influence/wack Sirius on the back of his head, when he tries to go after Pettigrew ("You're the godfather for Merlin's sake!")
Harry is going to be helped/protected/saved/avenged by different incarnations of himself: female, male, non-binary, straight, gay, ..., young and old, light, grey or dark. He might notice them or not, he might see them or not, he might interract with them or not. These others are always there to the benefit of Harry and won't usually stay long away from their native universe.
Harry is going to grow healthy, both in body and mind, and with all the universe hoppers bringing energy around him, he's going to end up BAMF.
