Summary
CaTPS - Short for Children and Teenagers Protective Services - is an international government funded non-profit that focuses entirely on the protection and rehabilitation of underaged victims of crime in a quirk filled society. In a world where these crimes can fall through the cracks, Omitsu Sazama, hero name: Crystal Grace, is the agency's top Pro. Her quirk is well suited to dealing with trauma, with its ability to affect the brain through the nervous system, and she's well known for a sting on human trafficking within the idol agency Mist Angels.
Due to these accolades and skills, when the villains attack the UA students at USJ, maiming their teacher, she returns to her alumni school as a counselor to ensure the safety of the kids, and more importantly, to ensure that the school isn't neglecting their safety. Though estranged from her friend Shota Aizawa due to a nearly-decade-old disagreement, her return is a welcome and surprisingly helpful presence. One which, between her mature and empathetic nature and Hizashi's constant mentions of a mild childhood crush, Aizawa is forced to recognize that even if he isn't normally well suited for relationships, rekindling his with Omitsu isn't entirely irrational.
