    “Plan 66,” Crosshair drawls.

    “What?” Hunter hisses, appalled. “That’s execution.”

    Crosshair shrugs. “If we kill her, that’ll end this mess.”

    Even knowing what Queen Miraj Scintel wants from them isn’t going to prepare Hunter for their first night on Zygerria, in the queen’s bedroom. Scintel is used to getting what she wants, and her fixation on Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker makes her a danger to all of them. Putting on a show for her with Crosshair is something Hunter can do, but he knows it’ll only get worse from here. It’s inevitable.
