You, the daughter of a Duke, have been systematically turning down all of your suitors for two long years. Your father, finally becoming fed up with your behavior, marries you off to the cruel prince of a neighboring country the second he asks for your hand. You are sent off to travel to his palace with no one but your personal maid, whom you hate with a passion. During your travels, you suggest that the two of you switch places so that you don't have to marry him. She agrees and you continue onward with a new hope for life settling within you. However, when you arrive at his castle under the guise of a servant, the royal still seems to take notice of you. There are many secrets and stories here in this new, foreign environment that have yet to be discovered, but are you really the right person to do so?Basically, I have decided that I wanted to rewrite this story, but with Quotev kicking the bucket basically, I wanted to start posting my works elsewhere. So While I rewrite and edit this, I figured I'd at least post this older version for people on here to see if they'd like.
