Billy Hargrove’s Camaro is parked under a flickering street lamp. And Eddie can feel that icy gaze on him now. Watching.
It’s not that surprising. Not anymore. These past few months he’s been seeing Billy everywhere. Last time was when Steve and him were at the mall, trying to find some jeans for Steve because Eddie is just that good of a friend. Billy happened to be there, perusing tight shirts a few meters away.
Week before that? Same shit. That was when Steve and him were at the movies, Eddie definitely not getting a boner at thoughts of reaching over and giving Steve a secret handie.
Billy ruined the moment. Lit his smelly cigarette in the row ahead of them, laughing his ass off at someone getting murdered in cold blood onscreen.
Those were the most recent times. There’s been a lot more.
It’s fucking eerie at this point.
