    June reciprocates her kiss hungrily. She closes her eyes and feels the feathers of Nora’s lashes brush against her skin. She lets herself sink into Nora and the taste of her as she tastes champagne bubbles on her tongue and the buttercream from their wedding cake on her lips. She listens to the beautiful sound of Nora laughing giddily between kisses. Chases the sound down her throat.

    She leaves indents on Nora’s skin like she’s a map June is charting. Soothes each purple mark, by blowing cool air onto it and tracing it with the softness of her lips and the wetness of her tongue.

    Not that she really needs to. She knows Nora revels in the slight sting of it, a constant reminder that June was there.
