Work Text:

Arthur hears running water coming from the outside the room he works on another song his daughter. He doesn't hear her laughing so he calls "Faroe, Faroe darling." As he walks  the running water noise  coming, closer and closer as he walked towards the bathroom and called out "Faroe!" As he opened the door, water was on the floor. Then, he saw the worst thing for a parent to see, his daughter place down in the bathtub.

He ran as fast as he could turned off the water and took his daughter out of the water wrapped her in the towel. He hoped and hoped that she would be ok, that a miracle that she alive, that she  just taking a minute breath again. Minutes passed no breath, no heartbeat she was dead. It was all his fault, he started to hyperventilating as he held his dead daughter as tears began to fall down his cheeks. He remembered everything he went through to have her and still be recognized as a man.

He remembered how he had been so excited for her to arrive; how he decorated her nursery all by himself. He remembered the first time he got to hold her after a long day of giving birth to her; how much joy of finally getting to hold her for the first time is something nothing in world to change of being on his favorite memories. He remembered Faroe and him sitting on the floor playing and her saying her first word, Papa.

He cried and cried as he remembered more and more memories of Faroe; he cried until he couldn't cry anymore. So, he got up from the bathroom floor still holding his daughter's body and went downstairs to make a call to make sure his daughter is resting safely
