Sam was not having a good day
He had to walk alone and be practically ignored all day all because Coolment had a new 'friend'
He was new at school and he came up to them at the start of the day he and Coolment hit it off but for some reason Sam couldn't guess, the kid did not like him.
He used Coolment as a divider between them, instantly tried to end any conversation Sam tried to start and kept looking him funny. much to his chagrin Coolment did not notice and even walked the kid home without him
Owl had to get home early. her and her dad where going out to dinner or something so he walked alone and he was fairly pissed off about all of it.
What was so cool about this random kid that Coolment had to run off and leave him alone? he ran his fingers through his hair and leaned back in the couch putting on a random show he wasn't going to pay attention to.
he did not like this kid, this kid did not like him and he really didn't like that Coolment liked him so much. he could deal with it for now and if needed he was always great at problem solving when I came down to it.
He heard the front door open and Coolment walked in smiling "hey man sorry it took longer than I thought, didn't know he lived so far" Coolment shrugged Sam hummed In acknowledgement "you good you've more quite then normal, usually the teachers can't get you to shut up" Coolment plopped down on the sofa and turned over to Sam "I don't think the new kid liked me much" Sam mumbled
Coolment tilted his hear to the side a bit confused "oh, I mean I didn't notice anything" "he was glaring at me all day" Sam fell back in the chair a bit emphasizesing his frustration "you sure that was him I mean a lot of kids glare at us when they think where not looking..." coolment rubbed the back of his neck a bit.
"No and he was just glaring at me he was fine talking to you he basicly used you as a wall between us" Sam grumbled "please your just jealous I'm so cool" coolment smirked at him "I'm not jealous..." Sam mumbled back in reply. coolment looked at him for a second before braking out in a shit eating grin.
"Oh shit your totally jealous aren't you" "NO" Sam said back probably a bit to loud to sound true "you totally are man" coolment sat back up "Sam you got no need to be upset. your stuck with me whether you like it or not!" coolment slung his arm around Sam pulling him closer.
That should have helped Sam feel better but it only makes him remember that last time someone said that to him... they still left.
This time he wouldn't let coolment leave even if he tried the tracker was evidence of that, he only did it because he was a good friend though!
He still had yet to tell coolment. it would only freak him out, when he let it slip to owl thankfully she dropped it fast but he douted coolment would. he would tell him someday but for now he leaned on coolments sholder and watched a random cartoon
He could deal with the new kid later he needed time to work on one of his flawless plans, but for now that was tomorrow's 'problem'.
