Summary
He’d heard about it before. Dragons that liked to get humans in their claws and carry them off to caves in mountaintops or caverns. The ones that escaped (threw it away, in Ranpo’s eyes) told fantastical stories of being doted on, given material goods and words of praise, being treated like a prized possession. They also told of barely escaping with their lives, but Ranpo couldn’t see any reason why one would choose to leave a life of luxury to return to one of worry and responsibility… So that last one likely wouldn’t be something he ever had to worry about.
