You'll forgive yourself don't you sunny?

Still after 3 years after the truth these words still haunt Sunny. not because that Mari was probably part of his dreams

But because he thinks he doesn't deserve forgiveness

Still after these years he still can't believe how his friends did forgive him but he isn't complaining.
Having these picnics with his friends like long ago was...

Nostalgic and comforting in some way

Enough to make him want to cry.
But he choose to not be a drama queen and just enjoy this

Aubrey and Kel arguing as ever, Basil taking photos, Hero with his exquisite cookies

And Mari is-

He lets a little groan

I thought I was over it

Sunny indeed did not was over her sister death

Which was his fault

And only your fault-

Sunny tries to shake omori off

And then remembered an old Urban faraway legend

From even before the accident

"The howling griever"

He chooses that see if it's false or true(more probably false) with the group would be a good way to keep these thoughts(and Omori) away

He leaves his usual session of self-loathing and go the group to speak his idea

"Guys, have a minute?"

Said the basket player named Kel

"Of course"
Said the young adult named Henry(more commonly known as Hero)

"I do sunny"
Said the a little nervous but more healthy than ever boy named basil

"I always have time for you"
Said the pink haired, ex-delinquent and crush named Aubrey

"You... All remember the howling griever right?"

Everyone looked Kel with -_- face

His brother Hero said

"The one who gave us nightmares when we were children"

And the Hyperactive boy, His brother and the flower boy are already gone

Aubrey ask the inevitable question

Those memorias flashes through sunny's eyes-

And suspiciously they don't let go of the eachother's hand

Hours preparing the house have payed off
Videogames, food, TV, earphones, binoculars, an air horn just for emergency and walkies talkies just case

And so they wait for the howling to begin

The group make themselves confortable for the sleep time already drifting into their own headspace

"Guys... Please just a little more"

A little hug comes from behind the boy

"It's okay sunny I'll be here to protect you"
Said the tired but determined girl

"Maybe... Shutting the eyes for bit won't hurt"

Both sunny and aubrey make themselves confortable near the Windows just in case

There it is

A howl

Sunny used the air horn angering a bit those who were sleeping

The boy silence the brothers who wanted to sleep

Another howl

There's No clue where the howling came from

THEN sunny had an idea

"How about we search for it?"

The gang is ready for anything

Searching for someone screaming is somehow harder one could think

The group divided in 2 groups

Kel - Hero - Basil

And

Sunny - Aubrey

The forest was dense and big

Fortunately Hero decided leaving a rope to avoid end up missing in the Forest

The walkie talkies also came helpful for communication

"For someone who's howling he's really stealthy"
Said Aubrey

Aaaaaand Omori and His usual Wave of self-loathing invade sunny once again

"What if it isn't here?"

Said the boy

"Maybe I was wrong"
A self-doubting(what a surprise) sunny said
"Sunny don't say that we all hear it"

Said aubrey conforting sunny
"The only way it isn't real is if it was a planned prank and if it was...
Aubrey get ahead of sunny

The sudden commentary makes sunny chuckle

The blush in the two of them is more than obvious

Then a funny stick decides to trip the not-yet-official couple

the fall makes sunny end up on top of aubrey(I'M WATCHING YOU DON'T THINK ANYTHING)
With their faces closet to eachothes

silence tales over the whole place Until sunny starts moving closet Aubrey nerves SKY rocket But she also starts getting closer They both know their own feelings And let's be real a forest can be Really romantical
And so they both close their eyes ready to finally reciprocrate their feelings-

Until...

A howl interrupt this

They both get back to their usual selfs and move away from eachother blushing like crazy

Just before sunny could Say something
Just like if time itself stopped and was replaced by coldness and fear

a second howl occurs

Sunny grabs the walkie talkie with shaking hands

"G-guys I think we've found him"

Says the dreadful sunny

"REALLY!!!?"

Replies the Excited Kel

"SHHHHH He may hear us"

Advised the carefully boy

"How do we found you two?

Asks basil

"Your rope it's Tangled with us and follow it AND You Will find US just be quick please"

"Got it pal HERO! TIME TO REUNITE WITH SUNNY AND AUBREY "

Sunny turns off the walkie talkie and him an Aubrey goes to the source of the howling Stealthily
And before they know it

They see him... It?...

"Is... Is that the griever?"

Asked very quietly aubrey

Just then the rest of the group Enter in the scene

And then

A heaven breaking howl destroys the silence"

"Dios santo..." Says hero in fear

"M-m-must not waste time" Basil says in both shock and fear but a bit of excitement

"Well Sunny... What know?"

Before sunny could finish
Something interrupts him

HOWL ALL YOU WANT

A blue'ish person with an unnatural long right arm and hand entera the scene

Asks basil

After the bit of talking they look back at the griever and suddenly it's the griever with some kind of energy sword (?) at the man's neck

LUA BRINGS YOU STRENGTH UMBRA

Some kind of energy then makes the griever fall back

"But you cannot defy your creators"

Some big abomination comes behind the man

"Even I make mistakes, like you"

A flash

And all that is left of the griever are some Remains and his "Katana"

"Is... He?"

Both the brothers are pretty much traumatized...
Again

"His... Name..."

"Sunny?"
Ask Aubrey"

"The man said his name I heard it"

"Really? Then what it was his name then?"
Ask a curious basil

"Umbra?..."

"That's a really weird name"
Aubrey still in shock of the griever's end said

"I Know... Or maybe i'm starting to hallucinate AGAIN"
Memories from... Something is the first thing sunny thinks

"Hey Even if you're hallucinating again that dosen't mean we won't be Friends:)"
Kel tries to light the mood

"I know but i'm afraid... I don't want to see IT again"

"Hey that thing it's gone and it's not coming back"
Hero being the dad of the group gave him the capacity to know what to Say

Basil being the Best friend sunny can relate

Sunny remembers the day he told them about IT
He expected them to tell him he's crazy and that they want nothing to do with a dilusional boy

He couldn't expect how supportive and hepful they would be with him

A despertar hero asks for help of his party

before His Big brother could finish his sentence Kel is gone already

"Mom is gonna ground us both SO badly when they get back"

They all run to try to stop Kel

A anxious hero pleads His brother

The TV turning off and on

As if all electric things we're going crazy And then

Lights out

Absolute
Darkness

Hero with the third level of emotion of angel AKA being FURIOUS speaks

suprisingly the lights go back in

Hero says calming a little seeing all things are intact

Kel sighs knowing he's now safe(kinda)

Silence fills the room

It is accompanied too by fear

Of why and how the hell the printer or how it calls itself

"Cephalon" is talking

"Who... Are You?"
A fearful and shocked Kel speaks

"Oh, where are My manners?"
The machine speaks again

"My name is cephalon Mobius and like i said recently"

"I am in your service operator Kelsey and Henry Rodríguez"

"Wow that's actually pretty cool-"

A stressed out Hero says in fear

And like that the situation gets tense once again
Aubrey prepares her bat for anything

"Uuuhhhh just get to the point please My head hurt"
Everyone just sighs in relief because someone FINALLY Said what needed to be Said

"Basically through photos in your phones and operator Kel user name being his full name i came to that conclusión"

A feeling of guilt is almost overwhelming for basil and specially Sunny

The light of the blueprint was blinding yet seeable

And our group is still shocked and a bit Lost

"I also took the liberty to make groups"

"Indeed operator, put your phones near the resources and i should be able to digitalize it"

And so following the map and the groups Mobius Made
The resources shall be found

And from this long night
An old Excalibur shall return
