Summary
Just as you closed your eyes, planning to sleep away what happened and pretend it was all a dream, your phone buzzed next to you. You froze, squeezing your eyes shut tighter, as if you could wish it all away. A cry burst out of you when it buzzed again, your shaking hand reaching out and turning the screen to face you. It was a text, from an unsaved number that had never texted you before.
"Missing you already, pretty baby. I’m so lucky to have pictures to remember you by."
