Under the giant oak tree near a large pond, Carlo rested in Romeo's warm embrace as they gazed at the infinite stars above.
No words were exchanged, just a comfortable silence as their hearts beat as one, filled to the brim with love, soft smiles on their faces as they basked in the light of the moon.
“I love you,” Romeo whispered softly in Carlo's ear, his breath warm on his face.
Carlo leaned back into Romeo, gazing up into emerald eyes.
“I love you too.”
