"Luz! Where are you taking me!" Amity asked excitedly as Luz held her hands over the witch's eyes. The former carefully walking to make sure she didn't bump into anything.
"You'll see!" Luz said in a sing song tone, making Amity even more anxious as to what it could be. Soon Luz made Amity stop.
"Right, here, now sit down." Amity followed Luz's commands and sat down, she felt the grass underneath her, she then felt herself be turned around to face a different direction.
"Can I open my eyes now?" Amity asks. "I can't wait any longer."
"Just one moment..." Luz's voice strays off, like she was distracted. "Okay! Open them!"
Amity opened her eyes, she was at the spot where she and Luz defeated Grom and sent flowers to honor Luz's dad, then suddenly fireworks began booming into the sky, the specks of light then formed into the faces of her and Luz holding hands, and then Amity sees the words "HAPPY 4 YEARS TO LUMITY!!!" in that same light.
"You like them?" Luz asks, sitting down next to Amity. "I had to go through a long process to get this ready and to make sure you didn't find out."
"Luz... I love it..." Amity spoke finally in pure awe, her eyes practically sparkling.
"And that's not all we're doing." Amity looks over at Luz and notices a picnic basket was in Luz's hand, she sets it down and open it and pulled a bunch of food that Amity recgonized all too well. "Mom made your favorites."
Amity stared at Luz with starry eyes as Luz sets down the food and a picnic blanket. "And once we get home I've got our favorite Azura movie to play and-"
Luz was suddenly interrupted when Amity tackled her and gave her a very passionate kiss. After a minute she pulls away. "Luz, I love you so. Fricking. Much."
Luz laughed sweetly and kissed Amity's cheek. "I love you too sweet potato." Luz reached up and undid Amity's ponytail, letting her purple hair fall to her shoulders. "Now, let's enjoy this day my love."
The two women sat up and began eating, enjoying the fireworks for twenty minutes. Once they got home they sat down and watched the Azura movie together and then cuddled in bed for the rest of the night. Happy and content with each other and what the future brings in for them.
"Luz..." Amity spoke after a long while of silence.
"Hm?" Luz hummed, opening one eye to look at Amity.
"Marry me please." Amity then said, causing Luz to laugh.
"Babe, I can't marry you until I graduate college, mom's rules." Amity pouts playfully.
"But I wanna marry you now!"
"Just be patient Amity, then we can have a nice, happy wedding." Luz leans in and kisses Amity's forehead. "Now get some sleep sweetheart."
Amity nuzzles into Luz's neck and closes her eyes once more. Luz held Amity more securely and closed her eyes too.
