“Can I have Minjeongie now?” Jimin stands by the doorframe of Yizhuo’s room, hands pathetically gathered in front of her as she whines.
“No.” Ningning shakes her head.
“But she’s my girlfriend.” Jimin pouts, twisting her body like a toddler.
“She’s my best friend.” Ningning sticks her tongue out.
“Baby, just wait a little longer?” Minjeong smiles apologetically. “Go play gardenscapes.”
“But—”
“Jimin.”
“Fine.” Jimin pouts, making sure to glare at Yizhuo on her way out.
“I don’t know what you see in her.” Yizhuo shakes her head.
“Everything.” Minjeong giggles.
Yizhuo is freshly in university, the same one as her older sister, Jimin, who is physically two years older than her but mentally a decade younger. She’s also been best friends with Kim Minjeong since high school and honestly, it was her fault for introducing them both.
It was a fine day in junior high when her sister, who was first year in university, decided to cut her day in half and go home because she felt unwell. In fact, Yizhuo learns her sister just had a headache and that calls for a trip home, apparently. Now, oddly, Minjeong and Jimin have never come across each other, even though Yizhuo’s known her best friend for years.
So Minjeong found her sister cute and didn’t say anything, but that’s the usual. But unusually, however, her older sister, the old chatterbox, was stunned into silence and went to church the next day for finding a high schooler cute. Yizhuo didn’t have the energy to explain that Minjeong was closer to eighteen than seventeen, but her sister is an idiot and she does not want her to infect her best friend. But in the end she couldn’t resist puppy eyes from the both of them and had to set up a date for them, which she supervised.
But now that’s out of the way, this is her story and her very, very annoying not-crush on Jimin’s best friend since grade school.
Uchinaga Aeri, the bane of her existence. Jimin’s best friend, who is ten times worse than her and Jimin’s a little tolerable since they’re siblings, but Aeri is a stranger who irks her like no other. ("Stranger,” as if Jimin’s parents haven’t been housing and feeding Aeri every other day since she was learning how to spell—kudos to her business parents being close with Jimin’s family).
“Just accept that Aeri-unnie is flirting with you.” Minjeong chuckles. “You’re not a baby anymore.”
“It’s not flirting, it’s borderline bullying!” Yizhuo groans.
“Come on, look at who she’s best friends with.” Minjeong snorts. “Of course she and Jimin flirt like little boys. It’s probably what they learned from the soccer team.”
“I can’t believe you were charmed by Jimin.” Yizhuo shakes her head. “You have terrible standards.”
“Maybe I just love you so much I wanted to be a part of your family.” Minjeong giggles, leaning over to hug her.
“Then you should’ve married me!” Yizhuo whines.
“NO!” Jimin bursts into the room and scoops Minjeong up and over her shoulder like she weighs nothing.
“Jimin!” Minjeong shrieks.
“Minjeongie’s not marrying anyone but me!” Jimin harrumphs. “I’m taking her now!”
“Unnie, you suck!” Yizhuo stands up, prepared to bulldoze her sister when she’s blindsided and bumps into something.
“Ouch.”
God damnit.
She looks up and is met with an infuriating smirk.
“I’m not taken, in case you were looking for someone to marry.” Aeri tilts her head, brightly showing her annoyingly canine-like smile.
“Ugh.” Yizhuo doesn’t hide her disdain.
“Double ouch.” Aeri winces playfully.
Yizhuo pushes out of her room and trudges down to the kitchen and she sighs loudly when she hears footsteps behind her as well.
“Watcha doin?” Aeri stretches out her words as she leans on the counter, watching Yizhuo.
“Food.” Yizhuo replies curtly.
She rummages through her cupboards and fridges and only finds ingredients and not actual meals.
God damnit again.
“We can go get food.” Aeri taps her hands on the marble countertop in a slight rhythm that annoys Yizhuo. “I have my car today.”
“No thanks.” Yizhuo turns away.
“I’ll pay!”
Yizhuo grumbles petulantly, a blush on her cheeks at how easily she yielded. She crosses her arms over her chest and pretends Aeri’s music taste isn’t good as she watches the older girl jam to it from the corner of her eyes as she drives.
When they pull up to the closet food joint, Yizhuo’s phone chimes with a message.
Poopoo caca - buy me food too
Yizhuo - No
Poopoo caca - bitch
She turns off her phone and it chimes again.
Jeongie <3 - Pleaseeeeee i love uuuu (attachment)
Yizhuo snorts at the picture of Minjeong holding Jimin in a headlock.
Zhuozhuo <3 - oki
“The kids want food too.” Yizhuo tells Aeri.
“Got it.” Aeri nods.
“You don’t have to pay for all of it.” Yizhuo tells Aeri, feeling a bit bad knowing her sister is going to order a lot.
“Don’t worry about it. Jimin can pay me back.” Aeri winks and Yizhuo stops feeling bad.
As Yizhuo steps up to order, a weight is draped on her shoulders. She whips around and turns to Aeri with an incredulous expression.
“What? You’re wearing a short-sleeve shirt. It’s cold.” Aeri shrugs, feigning coolness as she sticks her hands into her pockets.
“Don’t be weird.” Yizhuo grumbles before turning over and smiling like sunshine to the service worker.
Yizhuo makes Aeri carry everything back and the girl doesn’t protest at all.
“Do you want me to pick you up tomorrow as well?” Aeri asks, since she’s the only person in the group with a car.
“I usually commute with Jeongie.” Yizhuo says.
“I know that, but Jimin asked me to pick up Minjeong and her too. I’ll get you too.” Aeri beams.
Minjeong, you betrayer— she thinks.
When they walk back into the house with the food, Jimin dives headfirst in it and Minjeong looks at her up and down in Aeri’s letterman jacket and she scowls at Minjeong to shut up.
XO
“Hey.” Aeri beams, leaning on her car as she opens the door for Yizhuo.
“Do I have to?” Yizhuo whispers to Minjeong with a frown.
“Come on, she’s trying to be nice.” Minjeong nudges her.
“I call shotgun!” Jimin tumbles out of her house and jumps into Aeri’s convertible.
“Dude! That was for—”
“I’m sitting in the back with Jeongie.” Yizhuo pulls Minjeong into the backseat.
Aeri gets into the driver’s seat grumpily and punches Jimin’s shoulder.
“What was that for?” Jimin yelps.
“Nothing!” Aeri huffs. "No, don’t bother me; I’m driving.”
Yizhuo snorts and subtly watches Aeri from the rearview mirror as she drives. When their eyes meet and Yizhuo is caught in the act of staring, she averts her gaze and feigns ignorance.
When they arrive at campus, Jimin helps Minjeong out and takes her bag to walk together. When Aeri offers to do the same to Yizhu, the younger girl growls and Aeri backs off, but she still walks alongside Yizhuo.
Before Yizhuo heads off to her class, Aeri pulls her back with an expression similar to Jimin when she’s begging Minjeong for something.
“Um, if it’s okay with you, do you think we can grab a bite together after class?” Aeri asks shyly.
“Uh…” Yizhuo blinks at how out of character Aeri is being. Wait, does Aeri—
“I’ll pay!”
“Okay.” Yizhuo responds. Free food!
“Great! I’ll wait for you.” Aeri beams.
Yizhuo enters the lecture hall and finds Minjeong already saving a spot for her.
“What did Aeri-unnie want?” Minjeong asks eagerly.
“I haven’t even unpacked yet!” Yizhuo hisses.
“Tell me!” Minjeong whines.
“Nun-ya!” Yizhuo growls.
“Your business is my business! We’re best friends.” Minjeong pinches her.
“Ow, okay! She asked to eat with me later.” Yizhuo pouts.
“Really?” Minjeong seems delighted.
“Shut up.”
And so this time, Aeri succeeds in opening the passenger seat for Yizhuo, who gets in without any stubborn compliance (only because she’s hungry and nothing else…).
When Aeri leads her to her favourite restaurant, she’s mildly impressed. Aeri pulls out the chair for her and Yizhuo blushes and tells her it’s too cheesy but Aeri only grins and laughs to herself.
Lunch consists of Chinese food that Yizhuo dearly misses and Aeri makes sure Yizhuo’s bowl and plate are never empty.
When their new plate of steamed dumplings comes out, Yizhuo licks her lips and Aeri chuckles, immediately putting one in Yizhuo’s bowl.
She really doesn’t account for the steam, but Yizhuo is so hungry that she picks up her chopsticks and immediately picks the dumpling up and shoves it in her mouth. She comes to regret it later when the flaming temperature touches her tongue and the roof of her mouth.
Her eyes widen and she garbles the dumpling in her mouth as she panics on what to do. Aeri takes notice and panics as well, reaching for too many things at once.
“Spit it out!” Aeri lays an open palm in front of a panicked Yizhuo’s mouth. “You’ll burn your mouth!”
Yizhuo’s eyes widen and for a moment, it feels like time slows down. The dumpling seemingly simmers down in her mouth as she is on the receiving end of Aeri’s constant sweet actions. It feels different in this moment. Has Aeri always taken care of her like this without hesitation or thought?
Yizhuo shakes her head and blushes.
“Isn’t it hot?” Aeri asks worriedly as she hurries to pour cold water into Yizhuo’s cup.
“I–I’m fine.” Yizhuo swallows and takes the water, gulping a generous amount down.
Though the cold water slips down her throat and cools the inside of her mouth, she still feels warm from the person across from her.
“Okay! I like Aeri-unnie!” Yizhuo flops down onto her bed, just where Minjeong is nestled in her sheets.
“Called it.” Minjeong singsongs.
“I hate you.” Yizhuo whines.
“No, you don’t.” Minjeong snorts.
“I think it’s impossible to hate you.” Yizhuo huffs.
“Exactly.” Minjeong beams proudly.
Then Yizhuo notices something strange. It’s pretty quiet and a feral cat hasn’t attacked them yet.
“Am I imagining things or did Jimin-unnie finally ditch you?” Yizhuo looks up at Minjeong.
“She didn’t ditch me.” Minjeong pouts. “She went to a party but I didn’t want to go.”
“And you let her? And she said okay?” Yizhuo gasps.
“No, she’s been messaging me, asking if she can come home every five minutes since she left half an hour ago.” Minjeong chuckles.
“Of course.” Yizhuo rolls her eyes.
“Hm.” Minjeong hums. “Should we go?”
“Now you want to go?” Yizhuo snorts.
"Well, that’s because you came home. I was going to sleep in Jimin’s bed and wait for her.” Minjeong grins.
“Ugh, help me get ready.” Yizhuo sighs.
Minjeong doesn’t say it, but she has the sneaking suspicion that Yizhuo wants to see Aeri but played it off as wanting to drink. Yizhuo growls at Minjeong’s annoying smile, and Minjeong only giggles.
XO
“Baby!” Jimin finds them first thing as they enter the house party, and she charges right at Minjeong, ignoring her own sister.
“Hi, baby.” Minjeong giggles, letting herself be swept up in Jimin’s arms.
“Are you here to take me home?” Jimin beams.
“No, we’re going to have fun!”
Eight too many shots later, Minjeong is red-faced and clinging to Jimin’s side. Yizhuo is a little tipsy since she probably actually had double everything that Minjeong had, but she’s still surviving and in a party mood! She finds herself on the dance floor later, shouting incoherent rap lyrics and dancing with people she thinks are in the communications major that she’s seen around.
Then it gets a little weird when she sees a man (eugh) dancing up beside her, slowly inching towards Yizhuo, who is very not aware of her surroundings at the moment.
A hand curls around her waist, and she recoils, backing away and turning around to see a drunk senior with his teeth on display in a sleazy smile. She backs away, but he comes closer, and she could scream, but no one could hear her over this noise, and she also could use violence, but she doesn’t want to hurt the people around them in this little space either.
She thinks a good kick will do the job, but before she even gets to think about it, someone pulls her in and her back brushes up against something soft.
She turns and blinks when she sees Aeri with a mean scowl. For someone who is always smiling and in a good mood, seeing this kind of expression on Aeri’s face is foreign to Yizhuo.
“Unnie?” Yizhuo calls out.
“Come on, let’s get some air!” Aeri pulls her away, and Yizhuo lets herself be taken away.
Aeri pulls her out and makes her sit on the lawn in front of the house, and she stubbornly obeys, sitting with her feet crossed and arms tucked under her arms.
“Quit acting like a kid.” Aeri chuckles, squishing Yizhuo’s cheek.
“I’ll bite you.” Yizhuo snaps.
“I won’t mind.” Aeri teases.
“You’re so infuriating!” Yizhuo grumbles.
“Good to know I have some kind of effect on you.” Aeri smirks.
Yizhuo mumbles under her breath and plots on how to shut up Aeri and hide her body after this, but her trail of thoughts is stopped when a warm weight presses down against her shoulders. She looks up at Aeri to find her looking elsewhere, and Yizhuo notices the slight flush to her cheeks, perhaps because of the alcohol.
“What?” Aeri clears her throat, fixing a strand of hair that definitely wasn’t bothering her. “It’s cold. Um, I’m going to get you water. Don’t move and stay right there, okay! Good girl.”
“I’m not a dog, asshole!” Yizhuo yells as Aeri skips away.
She huffs, and yeah, it is kind of cold, so she doesn’t feel bad about snuggling into Aeri’s jacket that smells really nice. It’s not weird at all. Right? Yizhuo is being super duper normal about this ‘not-crush’. Maybe ‘crush’ since she decided to admit it to Minjeong. Ugh! Whatever... she’ll survive this and come out on top.
“Hey, you!” A heavy hand touches her shoulder, and she flinches back.
“Uh, hi?” Yizhuo scoots back on the pavement.
“It’s me! The guy you were dancing with earlier.” He grins.
“Uh-huh… and?" Yizhuo raises her brow.
“Well, I think you’re hot and I’m hot, and I was thinking we should continue where we left off!” He stumbles drunkenly.
“Um…” Yizhuo scrunches up her face, feeling very uncomfortable.
“You know, ‘cause I was getting a vibe from you, and I’m sure you were vibing with me, so can I have your number?" The guy chuckles pompously. “Or better yet, why don’t you come back to my dorm with me?”
“I was not vibing with you.” Yizhuo scoffs, standing up to face him. “You came up to me and decided to bother me while I was having fun.”
“Don’t play hard to get.” He laughs. “Come on, babygirl.”
“Don’t call me that.” Yizhuo frowns.
He comes closer, and before Yizhuo gets to move, a figure stands in front of her and sends the guy stumbling.
“Ow, what the fuck, Uchinaga!” He growls, standing up unsteadily.
“Back off! She’s off limits.” Aeri squares her shoulders.
“Why, is she your girl?” He laughs.
“No, but I think you’d like to know she’s Yu Jimin’s younger sister.” Aeri chuckles, leaning close to him as she curls a hand around his shirt.
“W-what?” He blinks, and Aeri pulls him in, leaning close to his ear.
“Yeah,” She says in lower octave. “So why don’t you tuck your tail between your legs and scram, dickface?”
Aeri pushes him away, and he does exactly as she describes, running off back into the party. Aeri sighs, turning back to Yizhuo, and finds that her jacket is slipping off one end. She steps closer to Yizhuo and grabs the lapels of her jacket to fix it so it covers Yizhuo properly.
“Sorry about that asshole.” Aeri says. “He did the same thing to Minjeong last time, and Jimin was not very forgiving. God knows what would happen if it were you.”
She buttons the jacket to the top, and Yizhuo doesn’t seem bothered by the fact that it’s practically suffocating her.
“And well—”
“Thanks…” Yizhuo says softly.
“What?” Aeri blinks.
“I said thanks for, you know, saving me.” Yizhuo blushes.
“Oh. O-of course. Always.” Aeri averts her gaze, feeling warmth creep up her neck.
“I want to go home.” Yizhuo sighs, her head feeling heavy from the alcohol.
“I’ll walk you.” Aeri beams.
And so Aeri trails behind Yizhuo quietly into the night, holding a water bottle and holding her mouth since she doesn’t know whether to speak or not. But luckily, Yizhuo asks first.
“You’re being weird.” Yizhuo says and Aeri takes a few extra steps to walk alongside her.
“H-huh, me?” Aeri blinks.
“You’re not talking.” Yizhuo grumbles. “You always talk…”
“Oh. I didn’t want to bother you.” Aeri answers sheepishly.
“You don’t bother me... that much.” Yizhuo flushes, turning her head to look at the vast night sky.
“Really? I thought you hated me.” Aeri chuckles.
“I don’t. Not particularly.” Yizhuo clears her throat.
“You don’t?” Aeri blinks.
“N-no.” Yizhuo feigned nonchalance. “I just don’t like you that much.”
Yizhuo pictures in her mind Minjeong’s annoying little puppy-ish face calling her a liar.
“Well, thank you for telling me.” Aeri chuckles bashfully. “I do like you very much, in case you wanted to know.”
“I didn’t want to know.” Yizhuo grumbles, walking ahead of Aeri.
When they arrive at Yizhuo’s house, she unknowingly finds herself lingering outside her house. She hasn’t put the key in yet and Aeri doesn’t look like she wants to leave either. She scratches her nape and toes her shoes against the wooden porch and in a quick and impulsive thought that passes—Yizhuo thinks she’s cute.
Yizhuou blinks, shaking the thought away.
“So, um, was the party fun?” Aeri clears her throat awkwardly.
“Sure. Well, up until the last part.” Yizhuo shrugs.
“Right.” Aeri nods and Yizhuo almost wants to laugh but then another impulsive thought comes through and it lingers for it to mean nothing.
Aeri is so... beautiful?
Yizhuo blinks.
The moonlight paints her features greedily as if she’s a popstar and she looks so attractive in a muscle tee that Yizhuo can’t even find it in herself to pretend it’s not hot.
Yeah. She’s definitely not surviving this and not coming out on top.
Without much thought, really and maybe in an attempt to test something out, Yizhuo grabs Aeri’s face with both her hands and pulls her into an abrupt kiss. Aeri’s trail of words is halted, and her eyes widen comically as she feels the touch of Yizhuo’s lips moving against hers.
Yizhuo shuts her eyes tightly and she feels Aeri’s larger hands on her wrists, pulling her hands away. Then, in the next beat, Aeri wraps her hands around Yizhuo’s wrist and kisses her gently. Yizhuo’s eyelids relax and she feels like she’s floating for a moment. Everything around them ceases to exist in that one moment.
What felt like a plane crashing through all of the pining and anticipation, kissing Aeri feels so right and normal and the plane turns right around and lands safely.
Aeri pulls away and Yizhuo licks her lips, her heart racing against her chest as she slowly opens her eyes to find Aeri smiling at her.
“How long did you want to do that?” Aeri smirks.
“Sh-shut up.” Yizhuo blushes, hiding her face against Aeri’s shoulder.
“I’m glad.” Aeri chuckles, hugging Yizhuo tightly. “I’m glad you like me too.”
Yizhuo’s face is aflame but nothing feels amiss and it feels like everything has fallen into the right place for once.
Yeah, Yizhuo is definitely falling in love.
(Fallen already.)
She shuts the door in Aeri’s face.
XO
And so Yizhuo disappears.
“You seriously just have to go see her.” Minjeong sighs.
“No!” Yizhuo whines, crawling under Minjeong’s sheets.
“Can I come back in now?” Jimin whines behind a closed door.
“No! Shut up!” Yizhuo growls.
Not really disappears, but she’s been purposely avoiding Aeri since her stupid, alcohol-clouded mind decided to kiss Aeri out of the blue, which has led her to this moment in time. She’s been seeking refuge in Minjeong’s vicinity, and because Jimin listens to Minjeong so well, she told Jimin to not see Aeri for a bit, and the idiot didn't even ask why—too blinded by love.
“Just talk to her.” Minjeong pats Yizhuo’s head gently. “She’s even messaged me about your whereabouts. That has to mean something to you, right?”
“It does; it’s just...” Yizhuo hugs Minjeong and hides her face against her stomach. “I’m just embarrassed.”
“Why?” Minjeong chuckles.
“I complained about her so much just to turn around and fall in love with her. This is all your fault, Jeongie!” Yizhuo whines.
“I’m not cupid, silly.” Minjeong giggles at her best friend’s antics.
“You feel like it.” Yizhuo pokes her uninterestedly.
“How about we have a girl’s day today?” Minjeong suggests.
“Without Jimin-unnie?” Yizhuo pouts.
“Yes.” Minjeong nods.
“WITHOUT ME?” Jimin whines outside.
“Yes! Go hang out with Aeri-unnie!” Minjeong tells her.
“...okay…” Jimin’s footsteps recede quietly.
Yizhuo and Minjeong snicker.
“But you have to promise me tomorrow you will go see Aeri and talk to her.” Minjeong says. “And you know, get a girlfriend while you’re at it.”
“Fine…” Yizhuo harrumphs.
Yeah, Minjeong definitely sees resemblance between the siblings, though she won’t say it to save herself from the attack of Yizhuo’s tiny fists.
XO
“Hello there.” Aeri leans against the doorframe of the Yu’s abode with a happy smile.
“Shut up.” Yizhuo pouts.
"Hey, you invited me.” Aeri chuckles. “You know, I was so surprised to see that you texted me and managed to get the two lovebugs out of the house.”
“Yeah, well, I need to talk to you.” Yizhuo huffs.
“I know. But let me go first?” Aeri smiles softly.
She brings something from behind her back and Yizhuo blinks with surprise when she sees a small rose bouquet and a box of chocolates.
“I know you’ve seen me as Jimin’s annoying best friend up until recently, but I’ve always liked how cute and feisty you were.” Aeri begins. “Though you’ve always pretended to hate me, I know some part of you tolerated me and I like taking care of you. I especially liked it when you kissed me, so Ning Yizhuo, will you please be my girlfriend? And I ask sincerely with every desperate bone in my body.”
“U-um, wow…”
Yizhuo gasps, standing in her doorway with her lips parted in shock. She definitely wasn’t expecting this at all. In fact, what she pictured was her spiralling and pacing in front of Aeri, hesitating to tell her that she liked her but Aeri went ahead and exceeded her expectations, not that she had any in the first place either.
“Say yes, don’t say no?” Aeri smiles awkwardly, suddenly feeling embarrassed since Yizhuo is taking too long to answer.
“Um, yeah…” Yizhuo blinks. “Yes.”
“Yes?” Aeri’s jaw drops.
“I said yes, are you deaf?” Yizhuo nods, furrowing her brows since she doesn’t like repeating herself.
“Oh my gosh!”
“Aeri!”
Aeri drops the flowers and chocolates and runs up to Yizhuo, pushing them inside the house as she hugs her tightly, almost lifting her in the air.
“Thank you! I’ll be the best girlfriend ever!” Aeri cheers and Yizhuo pinches the bridge of her nose, mildly embarrassed by Aeri but her heart warms at how eager Aeri is about pursuing her.
“I sure hope so.” Yizhuo feigned nonchalance. “I don’t do second chances.”
“Yes, of course.” Aeri nods and Yizhuo imagines a tail wagging behind her like a puppy because of how eager she is.
Yizhuo pushes them apart slightly and Aeri still looks at her with her round eyes and wide, tight-lipped smile as if she wants something.
“Spit it out.” Yizhuo sighs.
“Can I kiss you?” Aeri asks, a charming flush painted on her pale skin.
“I’m your girlfriend now, aren’t I? You don’t need to ask.” Yizhuo flushes, averting her gaze.
“Just wanted to make sure...” Aeri says softly.
Aeri cups Yizhuo's cheek, thumb sweeping over her soft cheek and landing on the apple of her cheek. Her nose brushes against Yizhuo’s and she smiles before leaning in. The kiss is nothing short of sweet and gentle. Aeri holds Yizhuo like she’s her whole world and she does really believe so. Yizhuo sighs softly and yeah, love is kind of sweet.
XO
Minjeong and Jimin return from their impromptu date after a while and the eldest is surprised to see Aeri over at her house, but she doesn’t get to ask when Yizhuo pushes both her and Minjeong down on the sofa.
Yizhuo and Aeri stand in front of them with their hands clasped together and Jimin eyes it warily.
“We have something to tell you guys.” Aeri shifts on her feet, eyes flitting over to Jimin every now and then.
“Go on.” Minjeong nods eagerly.
“Hm.”
“Jimin.” Minjeong warns her girlfriend.
“I won’t!” Jimin harrumphs.
“Good.” Minjeong narrows her eyes before turning back to Aeri and Yizhuo. “Now go on.”
“We’re dating.” Yizhuo blurts.
“Finally!” Minjeong beams.
While Minjeong cheers for the new couple, Jimin finds it an opportunity while she’s still distracted. She peels Minjeong’s iron grip from her arm before slowly standing up and locking in her target.
“Uchinaga Aeri!”
Jimin launches herself at her best friend in the blink of an eye.
“Eep!”
“Jimin, no!” Minjong hurries to pull them apart.
“What the hell, unnie?!” Yizhuo gasps.
Jimin and Aeri wrestle it out while Minjeong gives up on separating them, and Yizhuo ends up sitting back and recording the two idiots.
“That’s my little sister!” Jimin growls.
"Oh, now you want to play big-sis.” Yizhuo rolls her eyes with a disbelieving snort.
“Come on, babe! Aeri-unnie’s better than one of those sleazy frat guys, right?” Minjeong defends them.
“Fine! You’re right about that...” Jimin grumbles, letting go of Aeri and crawling back to Minjeong.
“No frat guys…” Aeri shudders as Yizhuo pulls her up.
“You survived against Jimin-unnie; welcome to the team, winner.” Yizhuo giggles, kissing Aeri on the cheek.
“Oh yeah,” Aeri curls an arm around Yizhuo and looks at her with shining eyes. “I definitely won .”
THE END <3
