Summary
Lan Wangji saw the moment Wei Wuxian felt it. That fluttering ball of pure energy in his lower dantian that didn’t belong to him.
His bottom lip trembled and his wrists shook beneath Lan Wangji’s palm. He opened his eyes and peered into Lan Wangji’s, studying him for a moment as they both came to terms with the knowledge that Wei Wuxian was pregnant.
Then, the tears came.
“Lan Zhan,” his sweet little fox sobbed, tugging his hands free from his grasp and collapsing into his arms instead, his face pressing into his neck and arms winding tightly around his back. “Lan Zhan, Lan Zhan, we did it!”
Lan Wangji’s own tears fell down his cheeks, but he didn’t care.
“You’re pregnant,” he whispered reverently, gently pulling Wei Wuxian’s face away from his neck and tipping it up towards him so that he could litter his face with kisses.
