It's a paradox. An individual who has succumbed to the allure of the dark side yet keeps a journal. But Dark Dan's journal was no ordinary one. He conjured a green orb, reminiscent of those in the 80s cult classic Labyrinth.

After he summoned this orb, all he had to do was envision his thoughts, which would be transferred into the orb as a visional recording. He would concentrate, his mind's eye focusing on the swirling energy inside the orb, and slowly, his thoughts would take shape, breathing into the orb, reflecting what was running through his insidious mind.

"There’s a certain clarity in shedding emotions. The moment I let go of the weakness they bring, everything aligned. Absorbing Plasmius’ power wasn’t just a brilliant move—it was the only move. It forged me into something beyond what I once was. No hesitation, no distractions. Just unwavering focus. Emotions, I’ve learned, are nothing but noise, clouding judgment. But now, they’re irrelevant. I am in control, pure and simple.

Then there’s her. Lady Spirit—my sister. She understands, and that’s rare. We’re not tied together by something as useless as sentiment. We’re bound by power. She’s sharp, clever, and sees the world for what it is. We both do. Unlike the others, we don’t waste time pretending. We don’t cling to false ideas of morality. Our bond is unspoken yet strong.

But even then, there’s something between us—something unspoken. We don’t need words to acknowledge it. A bond, a connection only siblings could share. She knows I’ve got her back, and I know she has mine. It’s not a sign of weakness; it’s our strength. Together, we’re untouchable, and the Ancients won’t know what hit them. This world is ours for the taking.

She’s the only one I care about, if care is the right word. The rest? They’re meaningless and disposable stepping stones. I am indifferent to them, focusing solely on our goals." Once he'd emptied his thoughts into the ghostly orb, it would glow dimly, and then the orb disappeared untill he was ready to use it again.
