Even through Miyu’s fear, she can’t stop herself from smiling. Here was this enormous alien robot who came from outer space, and she knew Miyu’s name. She wanted Miyu. It was like several of Miyu’s wishes had been granted at once.
Hibiki’s grip tightens, desperate, straining to hold her. “She’ll devour you.”
Wouldn’t that be perfect? Miyu turns back, placing a hand over Hibiki’s.
