    Chapter 1: Knees.
    A pound on the door and Erik startles, caught like a deer in headlights, stares at the door as though some monster is on the other side, starts to whine already at the fear of his father coming back for more.

    Chapter 2: Rough Sex.
    Nothing ever seemed to lift the disappointment, the anti-climax, the burning and creeping shame. As though someone has shaken his head so that he’s inept to create thoughts, to form words, can see no plausible way to get himself through or out of this and he feels like falling apart because he sits there whilst his brain won’t work and his mouth won’t cooperate, dumb in every way his father always tells him he is as the seconds stretch on.
