Summary
Seeing as Conolly and Tanner aren't cutting it, Fletcher decides to let Neiman focus on earning the part he wants so badly. His methods in motivating him aren't what Neiman had expected, but he finds himself submitting to letting Fletcher beat him despite the degradation of it all.
