Summary
It's a whole new world, Choom. Two young legends of Night City, the twin Vs Vincent and Valerie have to deal with the aftermath of the events in Dogtown and the raid on Mikoshi. Vincent is now an agent of Nusa and an outcast from the Afterlife after leaving his sister hanging before her raid on Arasaka. Valerie, free of the biochip but with only months to live, has fled out into the badlands with her new Aldecaldo family in search of a cure for her traitorous body. The weight of their choices and relationships heavy on their shoulders as their worlds change around them; the twins at the center of a flash point in the dark future's path. Something is brewing in the Blackwall, the Nomad clans are gathering in Chicago for a momentous meeting, and NUSA's President plots to capitalize on Arasaka's downfall as legends old and new answer her call.
