Work Text:

"Hey man, what do you think about Kujo-san's friend?"

"Huh?" Okuyasu turned his face over to his pompadoured friend, "You mean Kakyoin-san?"

Josuke nodded.

The scarred teen shrugged while he turned away from Josuke, his eyes wandering the school ground from the class window that he perched on, "I dunno, he's pretty nice. And he smells good too." Okuyasu smiled to himself at the thought of the red haired man. "Me and Koichi both thought that he was a woman at first, considering how slender and pretty he is."

"Yeah, yeah I get you," Josuke sighed and shuffled in the uncomfortable wooden desk that was distributed to all unlucky teens who were enrolled in this school, his dark blue eyes resting on a lone piece of paper on the floor.

Okuyasu's beady eyes squinted as a Sunchaser sped pass the school gates. He let out a low whistle until the car was gone out of sight, "Yo Josuke! Please tell me you saw that Celica 'Chaser. Holy shit it was sick!! Eh?" Okuyasu turned over to the blue haired teen, who was usually just excited as other boys when it came to seeing a ricer, wondering why he wasn't hopping over Oku's shoulders just to see the already gone car.

"Josuke?" The dual hair colored male called out, "Joooosuke--"

~.~.~

The young pompadoured boy stifled a yawn as he scuffed his feet on the walk home. He really wasn't up for the entire "stands can attack at any given moment and you need to be super aware of your surroundings at all costs" pact that was kept between all the alert stand users in Morioh. If anything, he couldn't care less. Well... That's a lie, he really cared, but at the same time he's just some lousy kid who needs a good night's rest every once in a while.

He rounded the corner and was about to cross the street when he saw a familiar hulking figure with a vibrant white hat. Josuke's energy was suddenly renewed when he saw Kujo Jotaro, a man he was slowly but surely, generating feelings for.

"Oi-- Kujo-san!" Josuke called over, waving his hand above his head as he tried to catch the attention of the tall, muscular man who was leaning casually on the passenger door of his white Toyota AE86.

Dark, heavy lidded eyes looked from under the brim of the white hat that shaded his handsome features. Jotaro rose his hand in greeting, the action fitting the quiet and stoic man. Pushing himself off the side of the car, the older man made way to open the passenger door.

Josuke's heart skipped a beat and his foot steps became slower as he approached the dazzling older male.

'Was Kujo-san waiting for me here until school ended?! Ahhh, how cute he's also opening the door for me--'

The door swung open gently and Jotaro approached the inside of the car, pulling out a pale hand. The hand was attached to a slim figure of considerate height and shining lavender eyes. Josuke's heart dropped to his stomach, the acids eating away at his shattering heart.

"This is my partner, Kakyoin Noriaki," Jotaro curled his muscled arm around the figure's slim hips and she giggled at his actions. His ocean blue optics shifted from Josuke to the woman's face, his features softening immediately.

"I can introduce myself fine, JoJo," Josuke cringed at the love that was poured into the nickname. The bespectacled woman smiled gently at Josuke and held her hand out, which he awkwardly took.

"Nice to meet you --?"

"Josuke. Higashikata Josuke.."

"Oh!" She exclaimed, placing her free hand on the side of her face as she feigned surprise, "You're the Josuke JoJo's been talking about. You certainly are a lot similar in features..." The woman retreated her hand.

Josuke was in awe at how soft her hands were, yet her grip was still very firm. He glanced at his hand before he looked back at the woman. Two parallel scars were carved from the tops of her eyebrows to the middles of her cheeks on both eyes, quickly he turned away, trying not to be rude.

"As JoJo has stated before, I'm Kakyoin Noriaki."

The Japanese teen nodded his head in acknowledgement, still not meeting the red head's eyes.

Suddenly, Jotaro grunted, pushing his nose towards a park bench in a dog-like manner. Kakyoin let out a small laugh and placed her arm around the taller bluette's waist.

"I won't die if I stand up for too long you dumb oaf."

The largely built man just clicked his tongue and hurried closer to the bench and stood in front of the red head who tucked in the ends of her long coat behind her before she sat down, so very lady-like.

She looked up, her purple hued eyes locking with Josuke's unreadable blue ones and beckoned him to sit with her, "Join us Josuke-kun, I won't hurt you or anything."

The teenage boy nods his head quickly and shuffles off and sits himself down on the bench, a notable distance away from the beautiful woman.

"I'll go get you some water," Jotaro shoved his hands in his pockets for his wallet, he eyed Josuke also, "You want something?"

"Huh? N-No! I'm good, thanks though..."

"Suit yourself," the large, dark haired male shrugged his broad shoulders as he took off his hat and placed it messily on the red head's well kept hair.

Josuke had to stop himself from gawking for too long, can't blame the kid, he's never seen Kujo-san's messily pushed back hair.

"Hey!" She yelled while holding back her giggles, but before she could reciprocate the older Joestar's actions, he was already a distance away. Her shoulders relaxed as she let out a breath, "That big bully... Ah--" she cleared her throat, "So Josuke-kun let's talk." Her pale hands went to remove the pristine white hat off of her neatly curled locks and placed the Kujo's signature cap on her thin thighs.

'So this is the type of women Kujo-san likes.' Josuke thought to himself as his eyes wandered from her slender neck to her thin yet elegant shoulders. He was derailed from his thought process as she cocked her head to the side, wide lips stretched in a teasing smile.

The pompadoured male didn't mean to be rash with his answer, but he couldn't hold back the harsh, "About what?" that left his frowning lips. Josuke didn't know if she hadn't heard him or maybe she was just politely dismissing his rough response because she responded right away.

"About how you've been eyeing Jotaro like that."

Josuke froze on the seat, his eyes wide with fear and glued onto the concrete floor before him.

"I don't know what you're talking about."

"Hooo-- Really?" She let out a low breath of confusion and Josuke couldn't tell if she was doing it on purpose or not. "That's good to hear because I'm engaged to Jotaro... And I really hate when people glance at him for too long."

Her statement was clear and shot a heavy bullet right through Josuke's raw heart. He swallowed thickly as he curled his hands on his lap. At a loss of words he nauseously spat out, "Good for you."

She giggled into her hand, leaning back on the bench. "Jotaro's a Marine Biologist and all and I'm just his stay at home almost-to-be-wife. It's really nice having a man who does all the work but sometimes it gets boring at home with nothing to do. I've taken up journalism on the side, nothing big, just for time killing with a fraction of the payment that Jotaro rakes in."

Josuke held his tongue and huffed out a laugh every once in a while.

"I recently wrote an article of the mating rituals of wolves... Pretty vicious animals I would say. Did you know that after mating season and when the pups are already out and about, if a female alpha wolf catches her mate off with some other female she won't stop at anything until she kills the new female mate AND her old mate? She's territorial to the extent that they kill the thing she marked so much in the name of protecting what was rightfully hers in the beginning." She drawled on waving her hands mindlessly, "At first I thought it was a bit graphic and extreme, but then I applied the situation to myself and thought about what I would do if someone started courting my JoJo. Long story short," she let out a laugh behind her hand, "I came to conclusion that I'd simply kill the other person too."

The teenager could feel her eyes burning holes from the side of his face where Kakyoin could easily glare at him without seeing. Shivers ran up his spine and a cold sweat broke on his shaking palms. It took him a while to gather up his nerves and let out a nervous chuckle, "Geez, Kakyoin-san, you sure love Kujo-san.. Heh.." He scratched the back of his head comically as he finally looked back at the older woman, her eyes were slanted in an sugary smile.

"Well of course I do, he's my knight in shining armor." She turned away from him and looked forwards, "Oh! Another useless wolf fact. They mate for life and usually are faithful, which is strange in the animal world..." Her beautiful features scrunched as she thought, "It could apply to humans too actually, since we are animals to begin with."

Josuke nodded his head and made an "I guess so" gesture with his broad shoulders.

She breathed out, her small chest deflating with the breath that escaped her petite lips, "Yeah..."

The silence between them grew in a suffocating manner. Josuke felt totally at loss at the hands of the model like woman who graced her presence before him. His usually boisterous voice was stuck in the middle of his parched throat and he couldn't do much but let time eat away at him.

"Here."

The teenage boy nearly jumped in fright when something cold touched his cheek. He shifted his eyes from the ground to the broad man who blocked the sun from him.

"Thanks," Josuke mumbled as he took the Pocari from Jotaro's hand and downed half the bottle after cracking the cap off. He didn't dare look at the fruity exchange between the man he admired and the woman Jotaro doted.

After draining the beverage, Josuke hopped off of the bench and announced, "I'd better get going, Okuyasu wanted to meet up at my house for a "study sesh"." he made quotation marks with this fingers, "Better not him wait up. See you, Kujo-san! Kakyoin-san..."

Jotaro grunted and saluted him with two fingers as Kakyoin waved him off gently.

The dark haired boy sighed as he turned around and started heading off. As he took a step forward, something held him back, something slimy and wrapped around his throat. Josuke stopped in his tracks and gasped out a breath of air and yanked at the cord that slithered around his neck.

He called out Crazy Diamond only for his stand to be also dominated with a thick vine that wrapped around the stand's neck. Quickly, he turned around to shout for help from the two adult men on the bench but was sent to his knees when he turned and noted the sight before him.

Kujo-san and Kakyoin-san were locked in a tight kiss, Jotaro's usually knit eyebrows were relaxed and out of character while the red headed woman had her eyes slightly open. She had two fingers raised up and to Josuke's horror, the same emerald twine that was currently refusing air to his lungs were wrapped lovingly around her pale fingers.

Her lavender eyes glistened with humor as she choked Josuke a tad bit tighter.
