Bruce walked down the gloomy street of Gotham. People stared at him if he was anyone else it would have been concerning. He’s Bruce Wayne of course they’re gonna stare.
As he made his way down the street the sun made its way out from behind the clouds. An odd occurrence in Gotham the city almost always seemed to be raining or cloudy at least.
As the warmth of the sun shone down on the street goers the large group gasped. Bruce’s looked around hesitantly he’s rarely out maybe people are just weird and forgot what sunlight is.
A little girl came up to Bruce looking up at him with amazement “what sunscreen do you use sir?” “Excuse me?” He questioned maybe the lack of vitamin D made the people of the city crazy.
I mean they did let Batman an overdramatic furry who beats up a clown. “Well vampires burn in the sun so you must have really strong sunscreen.”
Bruce knelt down to her level “sweetie I’m not a vampire I’m just as human as you.” “It’s okay you don’t need to hide who you are we all know your a vampire and your boyfriends Batman.” “How have you come to that conclusion” Bruce asked wearily this city is crazy but maybe it’s just kids being kids.
Little kids are notoriously weird especially little girls.
“Everyone knows your very pale, always have dark eye bags, your always dressed like a vampire and your normally only out at night at your fancy parties and then you go home and spend all of the day time cuddling your boyfriend Batman since he spends all night crime fighting.”
The little girl said all of this so matter of factly that for a second Bruce did stop and think that maybe he is a vampire.
“Okay that’s nice I guess keep using your imagination” Bruce stood up to full height and continued walking to his destination as the little girls mother picked her up apologizing profusely.
Bruce brushed of the apology’s. This city is definitely either a psychologist worst nightmare or dream depending on how much they love their job.
