    The Singularity descends the last few steps and tosses Meg roughly onto the ground. She lands on her stomach, her shoulder against a locker.

    "Oof!"

    She can hear his body whirr and click as he moves. With his scythe, he turns her onto her back, and she stares up at the red lights on his visor.

    Gabriel says he can read the Singularity's mood, and Meg never really believed him until now. The Singularity stands over her, and she knows: he's angry.
