   Summary

   Harry Potter marched to his death like he was expected to. He was ready to die for the good of the wizarding world, as Dumbledore intended, so when he woke up in Hogwarts again after seeing the green glow of an Avada Kedavra, he was rightfully bitter. Only this Hogwarts was whole, happy, and untouched by battle. Suddenly in 1943, Harry finds amusement antagonizing Tom Riddle during the day, while secretly following him at night in an effort to stop the creation of his first Horcrux. As his life slowly becomes more entangled with Tom’s, Harry fears he may lose the one thing he’s always been confident in: his morals.
