Summary
Aphelios and his twin sister Alune, Lunari refugees from the Targonian Civil War, move to Piltover, seeking shelter and a fresh start. They enroll in Piltover Academy, concealing their true identities and the trauma they've endured. Aphelios is assigned to Sett as his mentee for the first month, and despite Aphelios' reserved nature, Sett becomes intrigued by his enigmatic background and quiet resilience.
As Aphelios tries to fit in, forming new friendships and navigating academy life, he and Alune continue to struggle with their war trauma and the pressure of hiding their origins. Over time, the mentorship between Sett and Aphelios deepens into a close friendship, as Sett helps Aphelios confront his past and find a place in a world that still feels foreign to him.
