"...'ve been having those nightmares again."
Giorno lifted his head and looked over to Abbacchio, handing him a fresh cup of tea to go with his lunch—a lunch which was still on the lap table completely untouched. Abbacchio did take the cup, though, and sipped from it with a sigh.
"Nightmares?" Giorno questioned, situating the teapot back on the table.
"Yeah. Y'know... the ones where he's standing there, and I ask him to talk to me, and he just leaves." Abbacchio sighed, staring down into his cup as Giorno looked over at him. "I want my husband back. A- and I know you can't do that."
Giorno nodded. "You know I would if I was able. We all want him back."
Abbacchio reached the cup out to Giorno, who grabbed it back and put it back on the table beside the teapot. "I just- I don't know what to do from here. I guess I'm just waiting for the day that I'll wake up... and he'll be laying there next to me, or he'll be making us breakfast, or he'll be getting out of a shower because I slept in."
Giorno watched as little teardrops fell onto the blanket in Abbacchio's lap. "...l want him back."
Giorno couldn't do anything but hug him.
