The crowd of people all waved their goodbyes to the two boys. The goose they were riding on started toward their destination.
“Bye everyone!” Pairo exclaims. “We’ll miss you!” Despite his previous statement, Pairo didn’t have a trace of sadness on his face. In fact, he was ecstatic.
Pairo felt someone poking at his face.
“Wake up Pairo! We need to catch our flight!” He slowly opens his eyes to find that Kurapika had unloaded all of their things from the goose and had his arms outstretched, ready to catch him. He lifts his head and looks around. Although extremely blurry, he can tell that the airport is unlike any place he’s seen before. How exciting!
“Pairooooo- can you hear me?” He breaks out of his trance.
“Yeah, sorry. This place is so cool!”
“I know right! Think of how cool the rest of the outside world will be!” Pairo slips into Kurapika’s arms and is placed on the ground. “Here’s your suitcase, you should stick by me so you don’t get lost.”
“Okay”
The two wandered around the airport a while before finding the airship they were looking for. After a brief security check, they were on a one way trip to Yorknew city! The place with the best medical colleges and hospitals in the world. After passing the test to go to the outside world, they had been given access to the internet to do research so they wouldn't be going in blind. Their findings showed that Yorknew was the medical capital of the world, and the best place to go to cure Pairo’s eyes.
