Mumbo and grian are walking when Grian trips on a loose rock.
He sticks his hands out to catch himself, and they get scraped on the ground.
The avian bites his cheek as he sits down looking at his scraped, and now bleeding palms, he is an adult, and adults don’t cry.
Mumbo kneels next to the dirty blond, “Aw mate.” he says, holding the backs of Grian’s hands in his own in a gentle hold, “it’s okay. I have some potions with me.”
The vampire pulls a pink potion from his inventory and pours it over the wounds on Grian’s hands, cleaning them before uncorking another pink potion, and pressing it to the avian’s lips for him to drink.
Grian drinks the potion, and watches as the potion heals his palms before his eyes.
“Thank you.” Grian says, resting his forehead on Mumbo's chest.
“No problem mate.”
