    The Doctor returns to Earth after saving the planet Clom for the third time in a week (Clom... Who would go to Clom??). He returns to Cardiff, only to be approached by a man in a military uniform claiming to work for Torchwood. Drugged and captured, shoved into a cell with a strange metal bracelet attached to his wrist. I wonder what that's for?
