Summary
The long-awaited goal of having superheroes in government power has been successful for The Seven. Homelander appears to regain his footing, while The Boys are in the worst state of their fates. Butcher had given into his darkest ambitions, drifting on his own while Starlight is now tapping into the stronger version of her powers.
In the midst of a one-sided fight, there was another assembly that had been away from the public’s eyes. In fact, no one knew they existed: a number of extremely powerful and nefarious supes that were lurking underneath the shadows that witnessed everything.
They appeared to be ambiguous with their goal, but one thing is certain: they have their motives that Vought had betrayed while plotting their own schemes that The Boys can help. They are eager to help The Boys, and The Seven, but for what? How far will they intend to toy the two sides?
