The only AU aspect of this is Makishima still being a student at Sohoku, giving Kaburagi the chance to meet him.

Kaburagi introduces Onoda and Makishima to his pet tarantula

Notes:

Soups requested something with the relationship between Onoda, Makishima, and Kaburagi. This is my attempt at Kaburagi trying to impress Makishima... inadvertently at Onoda's expense. It's a bit off the prompt so I hope you still like it...!

(Incidentally Mexican Red Knee Tarantulas are supposed to be great beginner pet tarantulas, and females can live up to 30 years. My reaction to this information is much more like Onoda's than Kaburagi's.)
