    The government had actively enacted a genocide, and nearly did so again with the goblins, because ‘might made right’. It was out in the open; carved in stone in the middle of the Ministry’s Atrium.

     

    And it was considered perfectly legal because Thicknese signed off on the previous use of force, and again only out of fear if the muggles found out and resumed the Burning Times from hundreds of years ago.
