“It is in there, Jim! I’m know It is. I both saw and felt it go in there when McCoy placed it there!”
“Spock, I can’t just… go digging in there ya know all willy-nilly. We’re not exactly in a safe place right now either.”
“Oh come on Jim! I know it’s a tight spot, but doing nothing right now will not help us either.”
*confused stares and glares*
“Fine, fine! Fine!!!I will go in there and trying to get it out, okay. Just… hold still will ya.”
“Good. Thanks you. And Jim, just be careful. It’s… still a really, really tight spot.”
“I will be Spock, I promise.”
Spock flinched when Kirk touched him. The intrusion on his skin not unwelcome though and Spock soon enough settling to the mildly irritating, yet mostly pleasurable probing done by Kirk to get the thing out.
