    Two years after Langa defeated Adam, Reki and Langa are at a crossroads in their life. With both having taken a year off after finishing High School to 'figure themselves out', neither of them feels ready to take the inevitable next step of their lives away from Okinawa, away from 'S', and away from each other.

    However, when a mysterious stranger turns up at 'S' and offers the two of them and their friends the opportunity of a lifetime, how could they possibly refuse?

    And besides, who wouldn't want to take part in a massive international race to be crowned the 'best skater in the world?' Well, Reki and Langa suppose the promise of a massive fortune at the end doesn't hurt either.

    But them and their friends are far from the only ones who want to win the race, and take what lies at the end of the track for themselves...
