Summary
After fusing with Kami and losing Goku, Piccolo is finding himself unwell. Namekians don’t get sick however - but he’s never quite been a typical namekian or earthling...
This isn’t a 1:1 for human depression so please don’t apply everything as a metaphor, some parts are unique to Piccolo/Namekians and exploring some hypotheticals about the character. Since Piccolo has so many abilities, his unique circumstances, he is so characterised as self reliant but also has a long history of negative experiences when really analysed, there's a lot to explore. But, yeah, the bulk of this is akin to battling depression (and some anxiety/symptoms related to his depression).
Not sure if I'll include any non-canon pairings but will see how this develops or if there are any suggestions.
