Work Text:
One of Alix’s clearest memories was digging up a time capsule that had been buried by their parents when they were young, almost thirty years ago.
Before Alix had even been born, twice over!
There had been rollerskates (which had since become their first pair), an old Walkerman, and even a few records, all of which belonged to Alix’s Mama, Ghaliya, way back in the eighties. Looking at them, Alix felt more connected to Mama than they could remember.
Seeing it all had cemented an important ideal in Alix’s mind.
The past was precious, and so was the future.
Almost eight years later, Alix was given a very special pocket-watch, and discovered just how important they were going to be to both all of time. They couldn’t help but think back to that time capsule; back to that precious ideal it cemented for them.
Maybe that was what made them a good fit for the Rabbit Miraculous. Maybe that was why they got along so well with Fluff. Maybe that was why they got to be Bunnix, and have the whole of time at their fingertips.
Hopefully, Mama would be proud of everything they’d accomplish.
As Alix and as Bunnix.
