    Aemond almost let the book fall by surprise. Quickly he caught himself and looked at his father.

    “Father?” he asked, wondering if Viserys could properly hear him.

    “Aem… Aemma…” his father said and Aemond frowned.

    “Its Aemond, father” he said tentatively.

    “My dear Aemma” his father whispered, seemingly regaining some strength but no sounder state of mind.

    “Father, ‘tis I, your son Aemond” he tried again.

    “My dear Aemma… always so good to me…” his father reiterated and Aemond simply stared at him. Was his father in such a state of delirium that he thought Aemond was his first wife?

    Aemond just wants to do a good deed by reading to his father who is in a sick and delirious state. Unfortunately for him his father mistakes him for his first wife, Aemma Arryn.
