Izuku is Basil but he dyed his hair, and his parents died in a plane crash while on a business trip so they found Basil a nice woman named Inko Midoriya that would take him in. (Few months after Sunny moved BTW) Note: Izuku learned Japanese before going to the UA entrance exam and changed his name to fit in…. I’ll explain the quirk in the chapter.
